Inviting 3-bedroom townhome in tranquil Centennial. Discount for 1-3 month stays
Located in Centennial, enjoy what this 3-bedroom townhome has to offer. With a marvelous king bed, a quaint queen bed, and wonderful twin beds, guests will have a comfortable stay. Blackout blinds are in the upstairs bedrooms. The property also features 4 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers, along with amenities like an iron, AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. The home is furnished with 4 HD TV's, a work space in the loft with a printer, as well as a full kitchen with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you will need. Enjoy the Colorado sunshine on our private patio with a gas grill.
The finished basement has a bedroom and comfortable family room.
We have new lighting in the rooms, with a flip of the switch easily see where you are going.
There is an attached 2-car garage for your convenience and comfort, winter or summer.
For 1-3 month stays we do interim light cleaning - guests pay $50/cleaning we pay the rest

Home was immaculate with an excellent floor plan so we could be together or have our own spaces. Very cool architecture too. Nice small touches that are often overlooked- cold water bottles in the fridge and plenty of Kleenex tissue. Would definitely stay here again.

Barbara is originally from San Diego, Glenn is from Germany. We have lived in the Centennial area for the last 30 years.
Why they chose this property
We actually have owned this townhome for a couple of years, but kept it to host vacation rentals because it's lovely home which we added many renovations to plus all new furniture, carpet, rugs, window coverings, lighting, fans, etc. It is extremely quiet, yet easy to get to shopping, entertainment, and other parts of Denver.
What makes this property unique
Our reviews from previous guests often point out how clean the home is. We pride ourselves on the high standard of cleanliness we maintain. We have tried to think of everything to make guests comfortable. One thing we have that we noticed missing in the homes we have rented as guests - more TVs. We installed four new large screen HD/4K TVs throughout the home.
