Hallo, es war für uns ein wirklich super schöner Urlaub. Der Blick von der Terrasse wunderschön. Man konnte sich garnicht genug satt sehen. Der Pool ist klasse! Auch die Gegend ist toll und sehr vielseitig. Das Wasser im See überraschenderweise garnicht so kalt. Wir sind alle sehr begeistert. Würden auch super gerne wiederkommen. Leider nur war es für meinen gehbehinderten Mann sehr schwierig, da es doch ziemlich steil ist und sehr anstrengend für ihn war. Was wir vermissen werden, außer dem wunderschönen Blick? Das musikalische Glockenläuten. Wir haben es jeden Tag mit Freude erwartet:) Bedanken möchten wir uns auch, dass wir verlängern konnten, da uns ein Tag vor der Abreise am Auto die Wasserpumpe kaputt ging und wir einige Tage auf die Reparatur warten mußten. Auch das ging schließlich alles gut. Wir werden noch lange von diesem schönen Urlaub zehren.

Très bon séjour à Pino au bord du lac Majeur

Vue exceptionnelle depuis la terrasse de la location et bien située. Efficacité et gentillesse de Claudio qui est intervenu rapidement suite à un probème avec la douche. Il manquait néanmoins des couverts à notre arrivée (5 petites cuillères seulement et 5 fourchettes) en nombre insuffisant et la présence d'un micro-ondes aurait été appréciable.

Die Wegbeschreibung war nicht schlecht,man hätte eine Skitze machen können.

Das Inventar ist schon sehr alt. Die Wohnungstür , Schloss wurde provisorisch repariert, die Sofakissen waren zerrissen , die Tischdecke aus Plastik hatte 5 Löcher und einen langen Riss , wurde durch eine andere nicht bessere ersetzt, die Kissen auf den Terassenstühlen waren nicht viel besser. Die Tür zum Bad ging nur halb auf ,wurde durch eine Unterlegsring angehoben, dadurch konnte man die Tür nur durch viel gewalt richtig schliessen. Dann im Schlafzimmer , war kein Licht links am Bett , wurde durch ein Verlägerungskabel behoben. Diese Hochschränke im Schlafzimmer benötig man eine Trittleiter , und es ist viel zu eng. Für den TV war keine Beschreibung wie man die Progamme bekommt. Wurde durch den Hausmeister kurz erklährt. In der Küche gabe kein Wassekocher , keine Eierbecher , Töpfe und Besteck reichlich. Garage im Keller viel zu eng . Die Bodenfliessen in der Wohnung waren sehr viele mit Rissen . Von den Kirchenglocken , wurden wir immer geweckt , ist ja auch keine Dämmung unter dem Dach. Das Poolwasser ist viel zu kalt ,wurde von den Feriengästen kaum genutzt. Keinerlei Komfort für diesen Preis !! Müsste dringend renoviert werden. Der Blick auf den See und die Berge ist sehr schön. Wir haben zwar vom Hausmeister einen Nachlass erhalten , aber trotzdem müsste man sich von einigen Sachen trennen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Michael Günther

War ein schöner Urlaub

Die Aussicht auf den See ist sehr schön. Wenn man sich an dem Kirchengeläute direkt nebenan nicht stört ist der Ort sehr ruhig. Die Wlanverbindung ist sehr schwach, man hatte nur an einer Stelle im Haus (Fenster an der Ostseite) Empfang. Die Spülmaschine ging leider nicht. Das Mobiliar war genügend vorhanden, Schränke im Überfluss, einfach und zweckmäßig. Den Urlaub haben wir dennoch, dank der grandiosen Gegend und Aussicht sehr genossen

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat eine gute Raumaufteilung.Nicht gefallen hat uns die durchgehende Matratze in einem Schlafzimmer.Haben dann die Betten im anderen Schlafzimmer zusammengeschoben und so ging es dann zum entspannten schlafen! Die Wohnung war zur Zufriedenheit sauber-leider fehlen auf der Terasse Polster für die Liegen -man musste mit Decken improvisieren!
