Charming 2½-room house with an idyllic garden in the old town of Cannobio

This charming and tastefully furnished 2½-room house is located in a central yet quiet location in the heart of Cannobio. It is distributed with about 45 m² of living space over two levels. To emphasize are the two balconies and the approximately 200 m² large idyllic garden u. a. with stone pillars, roses and palm trees, where you can disconnect completely from everyday life despite the proximity to the place and relax wonderfully. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes as well as the beautiful lakeside promenade with the passenger ferry and the public beach (one of the most beautiful and widest on Lake Maggiore) are in the immediate vicinity. Thus, you can easily reach everything on foot or by bike. You park your car either in the public parking lots nearby or for a fee in a garage about 50 meters away. Pets are not allowed. House layout: 1. Level: Entrance Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and exit to the garden Storeroom Approx. 200 m² idyllic garden with stone pillars, roses, palm trees, etc. 2. Level: Living / dining room with exit to the approx. 15 m² large balcony Bedroom with double bed (single mattresses), SAT-TV and exit to the balcony with seating for 2 persons Friendly bathroom en suite with shower, bidet, washing machine and window balcony with seating for 2 persons and overlooking the courtyard Ca. 15 m² large balcony overlooking the idyllic garden

Für zwei Personen optimal

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super zentral. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und sprechen auch ausreichend Deutsch. Die Wohnung selbst war gut gepflegt (wirklich wie auf den Bildern) und sehr sauber. Die Vermittlung erfolgt zwar über eine Agentur in Deutschland, die Wohnung wird aber von den (privaten) Eigentümern verwaltet, denen wirklich etwas daran liegt. Das merkt man meiner Meinung nach auch.
