Serene 3 bedroom oasis surrounded by spectacular beauty, conveniently located in the heart of Truckee at the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski area. Whether enjoying some glorious summer weather grilling on the spacious patio deck or watching snowflakes fall from the warmth of the indoors by curling up with a steaming cup of hot cocoa in front of the fireplace, this humble abode has all the comforts you're looking for! Please note that there is a minimum stay requirement of 31 nights.
This cozy mountain retreat will comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults or up to 4 adults and 4 children with ease. This is a 1350 Sq Ft 3 bedroom/2 bath condo, with a private deck and open layout living room and kitchen.
-BEDROOMS AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom1: 1 Queen size bed
Bedroom2: 1 Full size bed.
Bedroom3: 1 Full size bed.
1 Queen air mattress and 1 pull out twin cot available in the closet for extra sleeping arrangements.
-INDOOR LLIVING AREA:
1 flat screen TV in the living room and 1 flat screen TV in the master bedroom.
Gas fire place in the living room is available for enjoyment.
-Kitchen: Fully equipped with a large refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, cooking utensils, knife set, cookware, kettle, coffee maker and mugs, toaster and a vegetables basket. Trash can under the sink.
