Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgassenlage in Hooksiel direkt an der Nordsee in zentraler Lage zu vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Der Strand liegt nur 3 Autominuten entfernt. Zu Fuss sind das Meerwasserhallenwellenbad, eine Bäckerei, ein Restaurant und die Kurverwaltung in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Weiterhin sind ein Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Wasserskianlage, Surfschule, Jaderennbahn, Bücherei etc. in der Nähe. Im Dorfzentrum befindet sich der historische Hafen sowie einige Cafés. Die historische Altstadt von Jever liegt 20 Minuten entfernt.
Die gemütliche Nichtraucher-DHH ist komplett eingerichtet mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmern (4 Betten, 1 Babybett und 1 Klappbett), Kamin, TV + DVD, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, Laufgitter und Hochstuhl. Sehr gemütlich, ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt, Der Supermarkt im netten kleinen Ort hat alles was man braucht, viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants, und wer Lust auf Stadt hat ist in wenigen Minuten in Wilhelmshaven.
