The house is located in a quiet cul de sac location in Hooksiel directly on the North Sea in a central location for many leisure activities. The beach is only 3 minutes away by car. The sea water indoor wave pool, a bakery, a restaurant and the spa administration can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Furthermore, a supermarket, petrol station, water ski facility, surf school, Jader racetrack, library etc. are nearby. In the center of the village there is the historic harbor and some cafes. The historic town of Jever is 20 minutes away. The laundry package can optionally be booked per person.

A television with DVD player provides entertainment. There is also a washing machine, an ironing board and a high chair.
