Located in Destin's iconic Crystal Beach community, this property has everything you need for a great tropical getaway. The property's one-level coastal cottage and cozy guest house are only a short stroll from the beach. With three bedrooms, the home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

As soon as you arrive at your vacation home-away-from-home, you'll feel yourself relax as you're welcomed by the calm, aqua-colored exterior of this cute home. A covered front porch furnished with turquoise chairs beckons you to sit down and stay awhile. And don't forget a refreshing coastal cocktail! Stepping inside, you are greeted with an open floor plan that combines the living, kitchen, and dining space. Light-blue walls, hardwood floors, coastal décor, sunny windows, and glass doors create a laid back environment. The living room features an oversized wraparound couch, a matching ottoman, and a cream-colored armchair. This ensemble faces a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. A modern rectangular table with six chairs sits beside three large windows in the dining area. The adjacent kitchen includes spacious white cabinetry, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island with raised chair seating. Guests can access the furnished back patio and private pool from the great room. A BBQ grill is provided so guests can cook up easy poolside meals. On the other side of the pool, the guest house serves as a fun entertainment cabana. The cabana features a queen sleeper sofa, a wall-mounted TV, and a wet bar.

All of the bedrooms are located in the main house. One bedroom is a master suite with a king-size bed, chic white furnishings, a pale-blue armchair, and a flatscreen TV. It has its own private bath complete with dual vanity, dressing table, corner glass-walled shower, and a soaking tub. One guest bedroom also has a king-size bed and wall-mounted TV. The third bedroom is a bunk room that is great for the kids—featuring one twin bunk and another twin-over-queen bunk.

When staying at Aqua Waters, guests are fortunate enough to be within walking distance of the beach. The home is also conveniently close to popular restaurants and bars, including the Crab Trap right on the gulf, as well as the Primrose Restaurant and the Rooftop Bar at the Henderson Beach Resort and Spa. Other nearby amusements include the Destin Commons shopping center, HarborWalk Village, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Each of these locations features amazing shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences that are sure to enhance your Destin vacation.
