The house is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of all local amenities. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs for six people, an electric barbecue and a parasol.
The air-conditioned living room on the ground floor has a sofa and a television with French channels only. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, an induction hob with three rings, a microwave, a Tassimo coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, an extractor fan, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The bathroom has a washbasin and a shower. WC in a separate room. The ground-floor bedroom has 90 x 190 cm bunk beds and a wardrobe.
Upstairs, the mezzanine offers a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed and an air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed.

Gruissan is a charming village famous for its narrow streets winding around the medieval Barbarossa Tower and its distinctive stilted chalets. It is surrounded by beautiful and diverse landscapes, including fine sandy beaches, a vast shimmering marine lake and the immense wooded La Clape massif.
Today, Gruissan is also a popular seaside resort offering a wide range of sporting and cultural activities (windsurfing, jet skiing, fun boarding, guided tours and shows). Visitors will also be charmed by the cafés along the harbour, the nightclubs, the casino and the spa, which offers moments of pure relaxation.
