Cozy 1-bedroom house with fantastic views of the lake & the castles of Cannero

The approx. 30 m² large, furnished 1-bedroom cottage "Casa in Campagna" is located in a quiet and all-day panoramic view approx. 200 m above the lake. Directly behind the house is a wide network of walking and hiking trails. In a 10 minute walk you can reach the town of Cannero Riviera. The lake access via a stone stairway is located in about 200 m distance. To be highlighted is the beautiful outdoor area with a 15 m² large sun terrace and a 150 m² large community garden. Beneath a wine cellar, there is a stone table and a bench from where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake, the castles of Cannero and the opposite shore. You can park your car about 20 m from the house. Our tip: For 10 persons we recommend a joint rental with the neighboring house Casa Bougainville!
