Pelican Walk 402 - Pet Friendly 1 Bed, 2 Bath

Pelican Walk 402 is a PET FRIENDLY, 1 bedroom - 2 bathroom Gulf front condo that sleeps up to four guests. Unit 402 is located on the 4th floor overlooking the east pool and the Gulf's emerald blue-green water! Enjoy FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella service (March through October) as a THANK YOU for Booking Pelican Walk 402!

Upon arrival, you will immediately be drawn to the private balcony, where breathtaking views of the Gulf are on full display. The balcony looks out over the east side pool straight to the sugar white sand and turquoise water! There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area. Both bathrooms have custom tile showers and granite counter vanities. There is also a full kitchen, dining area that seats 4, and a full size washer and dryer in the condo. The 402 Free Beach Chair & Umbrella service is available seasonally March thru October!

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per Pet Friendly condo and each dog must weigh 20 lbs or less. The Pelican Walk HOA charges a non-refundable Pet Fee of $150 per pet.

Staying at Pelican Walk you will be close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusements park, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf, go Kart tracks, Shell Island Shuttles, and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous resort amenities: private beach access, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis & Pickleball courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second winter at Pelican Walk and I couldn't recommend it enough. Great staff, from the front desk to the maintenance department. Excellent location on the less busy end of Panama City Beach but with plenty of food and drink options fairly close by. And pickle ball courts right on site are a great plus.

The resort has everything you need except for a workout facility while oddly having a racquetball court that no one uses. Converted that to a workout room would make Pelican Walk perfect.

You can see the sunset from the balcony but you also don't have the afternoon sun making it completely unbearable to sit on the balcony since the building blocks some of it, that was different from other places I've stayed. The elevators were fast, even when folks were checkin in. Overall the place was great and we will be back.
