St. Andrews House available for the Open
3 bedroom property with private garden and parking. Recently refurbished with large dining kitchen, en-suite double bedroom and two additional bedrooms that can be configured to be single, twin or double. Family friendly house with all amenities and within walking distance of the beautiful beaches or golf courses.
The house also has a lovely sitting room with the option to use the sofa bed to accommodate another two guests. The bedrooms are upstairs an additional separate toilet and one en-suite shower room. There is a small office space and the house has internet and wifi. Downstairs has a large bathroom with combined tub and shower.
The expansive kitchen has a large dining table that seats 6 but can be extended if required. An oven, separate hob, microwave and dishwasher feature with an inbuilt fridge freezer and pull out pantry. There is a small utility room with washing mashing, tumble drier and large freezer and the house has a vestibule with handy storage and coat hooks. To the rear is a fully enclosed garden with a large lawn and seating area with a gas BBQ.
Beautiful countryside and forest walks within a 5 minute walk and the town centre is reached through a stunning riverside walk.
St Andrews is a beautiful historic university town with a quaint harbour and 3 stunning beaches. It is the home of golf and will host the centenary Open this year.
