This lovely freshly renovated 63 m² house, located in a small typical Breton hamlet with its chapel and farm buildings, is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- An entrance hall
- A very spacious living room tastefully decorated
- A fully equipped kitchen area
- Separate WC
- Closet

Upstairs:
- A large bedroom with a dressing room and a 160 cm bed
- A bedroom with a 140 cm bed
- A bathroom with shower and WC

Equipment: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric coffee maker, kettle, washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner, barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, 2 sun loungers, internet box.

- Private parking space in front of the house
- Terrace overlooking a fenced garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue
- A 500 m pedestrian path from Saint-Jude takes you to the beach as well as the Ploemeur Golf.
