Beautiful apartment directly on Lake Lugano with private lake terrace

Newly renovated and high quality furnished apartment directly on Lake Lugano. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Floor of a house facing the lake. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, a washing machine, a TV and a sound system with CD player and Bluetooth connection. To the apartment belongs a parking lot directly at the house, also about 100m away public parking is available.

The beautiful lake terrace with Mediterranean plants and bathing slope is only available to the tenants of the apartment and the other house residents. A buoy in the lake just in front of the lake terrace for the attachment of an engine, sail or rowing boat is also part of the apartment.

The location is outstanding! Directly on the lake with lots of sunshine and only about 15 minutes drive to the center of Lugano, the largest city in Ticino with great cultural offer, great shops, nightlife, financial center and casino. The international airport Malpensa in Milan is an hour away.

The Valsolda nature reserve is in close proximity. The Italian town of Porlezza with its pretty old town, lakefront, supermarkets, shops and restaurants is a 5 minute drive away. The historic lake village of Gandria (starting point for the picturesque Olive Trail) is a 7-minute drive away.

Slice of heaven on the water

Wonderful apartment with beautiful views of the lake. Outside area is lovely and relaxing. Inside has everything you need and is very comfortable. Agree with other reviewer who said it was easier to turn left into the gate. We were able to turn around easily at a trattoria down the road.

Impressive Location & Super Apartment

The apartment is just as perfect as it can be seen in the pictures. The view from the living room/ Kitchen windows is astonishing. The access to the lake is very charming, with excellent shadows provided by 3 ancient trees in a 19th century like garden. We have been there for a week at the beginning o July, and from time to time, we had the feeling the lake were only ours to enjoy. It is true that, sometimes, it can be noisy due to road being so close, but it did not disturb us at all. We would like to come back in the next opportunity.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in außergewöhnlicher Lage, einfach traumhaft!Wir waren zu dritt dort und hatten 4 wirklich wundervolle Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung in traumhafter Lage. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist einfach atemberaubend, die Terrasse mit eigenem Seezugang und schattigen, alten Bäumen ein erholsamer, ruhiger Ort, die wenigen Nachbarn, die wir dort trafen, super nett. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, housekeeper Adam sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin Regina hat uns mit jedem Anliegen schnell und freundlich geholfen und sehr dazu beigetragen, dass unsere Tage am Luganersee unvergesslich schön waren. Danke!Etwas abenteuerlich gestaltete sich unsere Anreise mit der Bahn über Lugano - der Bus ab Lugano fährt nicht unbedingt so wie online angegeben. Sowieso ist ein Auto für Ausflüge von Vorteil, gerade bei längerem Aufenthalt; wir haben aber auch ohne Auto die zauberhaften kleinen Dörfer erkunden können und im Mini-Supermarkt in Cima auch alles notwendige zu Fuß besorgen können. Große Empfehlung, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Einfach ein wunderschöner Ausblick! Die Wohnung ist supersauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gepflegt. Die Küche ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders toll auch der Zugang zum See, den wir die ersten Tage sogar ganz für uns allein hatten :). Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten schöne Tage und würden gerne wiederkommen.

The view is beautiful, however we were honestly not happy about certain aspects. One of the things that bothered me the most, was that there was a camera that was turned on when we arrived. Nothing was stated about this, and it made me and my family highly uncomfortable. This should not be there as it’s a clear invasion of privacy.Then another aspect was the extra cost for the linens. The quality for them was quite poor. Also they had to be put on which was after a long trip not ideal. Also seemed strange that there was an extra cleaning cost that was not discussed in the initial booking. I don’t think this is ok, this should be included in the description of the costs before or during booking .It was extremely hot during our stay and if the window was left open, the street was very noisy. Also there were so many flies in the apartment, which was unsettling and made relaxing more difficult. The host seemed quite pushy and rude in the way she was communicating.Although the view was beautiful, this didn’t meet our basic standards.

Dear Shanti and family, I am really so sorry, that your stay wasn’t such a desaster. And I am most sorry that I completely forgot to inform you that we recently installed a camera. I normally inform my guests of this so that it can be deactivated. We have had some unpleasant experiences in recent months. Please accept my sincerest apologies! I also know that the extra cost may seem unreasonable to many guests, but it is only for the bed linen; the cleaning costs are indeed included in the booking package. Our guests are informed well in advance that these costs are additional, and this information is also available on the Fewo website. I am a very polite and patient person and in your case I simply do not understand why you claim the opposite….

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.Sie ist modern und sehr funktional ausgestattet, man hat eine wunderbare Sicht auf den See und die Berge, der Garten ist sehr schön einzig der Verkehrslärm stört, und man hat direkten Zugang zum See. Öffentliche Parkplåtze hat es immer, und sie sind gratis, nur der Samstag abend ist etwas kritisch, weil da die Osteria La Lanterna ( gleich gegenüber) gut besucht ist.Der Umgang mit der Vermieterin ist absolut easy going...alle Emails werden sofort und sehr freundlich beantwortet...es machte einen sehr angenehmen Eindruck!!!!Die Gegend bietet für jeden Gechmack etwas, man kann schwimmen, Wassersport treiben, wandern, viele schöne Kirchlein besichtigen, die aber leider oft zu sind...auf der Homepage von APPACuVI kann man sich aber Infos dazu holen....sich kulinarisch (leider immer wie teurer...) verwöhnen lassen etc.etc...Die Menschen in dieser Gegend sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles ist etwas entschleunigt, und das Klima ist sehr angenehm.Man kann sich so wirklich sehr gut erholen und Energie tanken.

Wir hatten herrliche 12 Tage in der sehr schönen Wohnung direkt am Luganer See.Die Tage mit schlechtem Wetter haben wir uns mit den vorhandenen Spielen vertrieben. In der Küche ist alles vorhandenen was man braucht.Der direkte Seezugang mit Terasse und Garten ist Gold wert. Hier haben wir viele Stunden in der Sonne, im und auf dem Wasser verbracht.

Die Wohnung ist modern und ansprechend eingerichtet, die Küche verfügt über eine ausgezeichnete Ausstattung. Das Haus liegt, wie beschrieben, direkt zwischen der Straße und dem See. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hat uns der Verkehr nicht gestört, bei offenem Fenster hätte ich nicht gut (aus)schlafen können. Nach nur ein paar Metern an der Straße entlang gelangt man direkt ins kleine Dorf. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, dass sowohl Restaurants, als auch eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig erreichbar sind. Oberhalb des Dorfes finden sich viele gut markierte Wanderwege, teilweise zu den Dörfern der Umgebung, aber auch zu den nächsten Gipfeln. Der Zugang zum See erfolgt über Treppe und Steg, es gibt einen kleinen Bereich, in dem auch Kinder gut stehen können. An den Bojen oder im großen Garten können Wasserfahrzeuge und Spielsachen aufbewahrt werden. Ein großer Tisch und Bänke im Garten laden zum Sitzen und Essen ein. Der Garten wird von allen Bewohnern des Hauses genutzt, die uns gegenüber sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen waren. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne entspannte Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Fantastisch

Es war fantastisch. Die Wohnung klasse, sehr sauber, sehr schön und angenehm eingerichtet, neues Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und Waschmaschine, voll funktionsfähige und prima ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage direkt am See wunderschön. Man schaut aus einem riesigen Fenster direkt auf den See mit dem fantastischen Bergpanorama. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort! Ganz herzlichen Dank an Regina für die sehr freundliche und problemlose Kommunikation vorab?!

Traumhafte Tage am See

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und blitzsauber und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage mit eigenem Seezugang ist herrlich, man kann tagsüber tolle Auflüge und Wanderungen machen und abends in den See springen oder SUP fahren - einfach perfekt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung mit großem Garten direkt am See und tollem Blick auf See und Berge. Gemütlicher Wohn-Essbereich, beschauliches Örtchen mit netten Menschen, Lugano, Comer See,… für schöne Ausflüge oder wandern in den Bergen. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Vermieterin. Für größere Einkäufe Auto von Vorteil. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Schöne Wohnung in herrlicher Lage direkt am See

Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet, es hat alles was man braucht und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Aussicht aus allen Fenstern ist fantastisch! Den Garten mit wunderbaren alten Bäumen und kleinem Steg zum Schwimmen im See hatten wir diese Woche im September ganz allein für uns. Über den dazugehörigen Parkplatz waren wir froh, es hat aber auch eine Bushaltestelle ganz nah. Einziger Nachteil war der Verkehrslärm von der Strasse oben dran, aber Nachts bei geschlossenen Fenstern haben wir nichts gehört, und im Garten unten war es nicht so schlimm. Regina hat uns bestens informiert über alles und auch immer sofort geantwortet. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden und haben viele schöne Erinnerungen an Cressogno.

Schöne Unterkunft zu Pfingsten

Herrlicher Ausblick auf den See und sehr gute Lage! Sehr gut eingerichtete Unterkunft, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Lärm der Straße war für uns akzeptabel.

Wunderbare Umgebung und Wohnung

Sehr schön gelegen mit direktem See Zugang und sehr gute Ausstattung. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin mit sehr guter Betreuung. Kleine Themen wie fehlende Bettwäsche wurde schnell behoben. Leider war am Wochenende im Nebengebäude eine laute Party bis spät in die Nacht. Die Lautstärke etwas erhöht wegen Straße direkt am Gebäude (siehe Google Maps)
