The house was very comfortable with a centralized location. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area. Thanks for having the house available.
Great house and even a greater location! We could walk to all activities on Main St. House was very comfortable and we certainly enjoyed the hot tub after a day out visiting all the wineries, shopping, and great food! Thanks to our host, Ron, that answered all my questions!
Very close to downtown which is fun to walk to for a delicious meal or just coffee and shopping. Ron was very responsive and so helpful. We loved our stay in Grand Junction and the quaint and comfortable craftsman was the perfect place to stay.
Location is great and the house is well furnished and kitchen stocked with everything you could need. Could use a bit deeper clean in closets and along baseboards areas.
We traveled for a dance competition and this house was perfect for us. We had plenty of room to get ready and relax. The living space was comfy for our two families. We enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ in the back yard. It was really warm so I’m glad we got to utilize the super cute back yard. My husband was worried that we wouldn’t have a place for his and my son’s bikes, but the set up couldn’t have been better with a rack right in the awesome adventure mudroom. Our dog was well pleased with the beds and his favorite spot was right in front of the cute fireplace. We also had another family over to watch the Super Bowl and celebrate my birthday, and the kids had fun playing the games (we were so stoked to have their favorite…left right center). There was plenty of room at this super cute little downtown treasure. Ron is also an amazing host and was whip quick in replying. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
My mom and I stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay! Check in was SUPER easy, the property manager was very responsive, the beds and pillows are SO comfortable, the hot tub was nice and clean, the location was great and the property was clean. Definitely would stay here again if we're in the area again!
Just got home from an epic road trip around Colorado. First stop was a small family reunion in Grand Junction. We rented this great house right outside downtown Grand Junction. The house was perfect for our needs. Close to downtown and all it had to offer. The house worked perfect for the five of us. Everyone was comfortable. The host, Ron, was very easy to communicate with. You send him a message, and he gets back with you in minutes. Would defiantly rent this home again. Thank you.
An inviting, artistic home ! Loved the location, privacy and unique character. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays! Would definitely stay here again!
Awesome property! Great location. Super comfortable and cozy. Well appointed kitchen! We hiked, biked, snowshoed in the surrounding area. We enjoyed Bin707 for NYE!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, easy access, nice beds, etc. Only criticism is cleanliness of floors…haven’t been swept in corners & around & under furniture. (Ex: major dust bunnies behind nightstands & other places). Should also position a trash can in kitchen area. Otherwise very comfortable!

Thanks for the heads up. I will let my cleaners know about the corners and maybe get a little deep cleaning in.
There is a trashcan it’s built into the cabinets. It’s the left door underneath the sink. I’m grateful you enjoyed your stay
We had a really nice stay. Patrice is very nice and helpful. The house was cute and modern with tons of cool artwork. The patio was lovely with the sounds of the fountain and lit up at night with cool solar lighting. It was a short walk to downtown to see the sculptures and the shops. We were able to go fishing not too far away. Lots to do in the area. I would recommend this for a single couple but plenty of room for two couples. I hope others will enjoy their stay too. I would recommend bringing your games if you like to do that.
We had a great stay! Enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful yard. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Lovely house and awesome, safe location just a few blocks from downtown.
Very nice place very comfortable and right downtown would stay again

About the host

We are from the Grand Junction area. After traveling and using VRBO frequently we always wanted to be able to have a place to host guests and share our beautiful valley. We currently have 3 homes on VRBO. We look forward to being able to answer any questions and show you the best this valley has to offer.
Why they chose this property
This 1920 Craftsman house was updated inside and out. It is located just blocks just 3 blocks away from the center of Grand Junctions restaurant and nightlife area making it easy to walk to and from if you chose. We are also minutes away from the Los Colonias Amphitheater. Back yard has a brand new hot tub and a resort like setting with sun shades, BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture.
What makes this property unique
Beautiful outside area. Very quiet and close from the downtown life. Charming decor and architecture with new finishes. Possibly the best thing about this house is the location. You can walk to some of the best bars and restaurants in town in 5 to 10 minutes.
