House on the beach at La Cotinière, ideal for families

Villa Coti is a former fisherman's house on the Cotinière beach, offering breathtaking ocean views and a peaceful lifestyle in harmony with the tides. The villa features an entrance hall leading to a shower room with WC, a living room with 180° views of the Atlantic Ocean, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and electric oven, and an utility room with a refrigerator and freezer compartment, and a washing machine. Beautiful spaces to share: On the ground floor: - The "Moussaillons" bedroom sleeps four with bunk beds (90cm) and a double bed (140cm), - The "Pirates" bedroom sleeps two (140) Sea view. Villa Coti is 200 metres from the village centre where all shops are nearby. Several markets are available, and fresh fish arrives directly at the port every morning. An opportunity to discover sea bass, sole, hake, and of course, the local stars: scallops and the famous langoustines. A cycling paradise: The island boasts numerous cycle paths, and friendly young people rent bicycles for the whole family at the end of the street. Sailing school less than 2 km away: Whether you're a beginner or experienced, everything is available to enjoy the Île d'Oléron. Boats take you to Fort Boyard, Ile d'Aix, Ile Madame: boarding 200 metres from the house, at the port! Everything nearby: bars, ice cream parlours, and a host of good little restaurants in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
