Villa Marie, bourgeois home with a swimming pool from the 1930s, is located in the residential neighborhood of lower Montfleury, five minutes walking from the beach, the Croisette and the Martinez, and 12-15 minutes from the Palais des Festivals.

On the first floor, one discovers the living space in an open plan layout, with the old herringbone parquet as a backdrop, enhanced by the immaculate white of the walls and designer furniture such as Eames, Knoll, and Kartell.
The kitchen, semi-open, has been designed ergonomically and is fully equipped.
This level is complemented by a suite bedroom with separate toilet and shower room.
Through a beautiful staircase, one accesses the ground floor, at the pool and garden level, where three large bedrooms are located, as well as a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink and WC, a home office corner and a summer kitchen with direct access to the terrace and pool.
The outdoor space represents the major asset of Villa Marie: the swimming pool (which can be heated), the large terrace with dining area, which can be shaded by large sun awnings, as well as the garden with loungers.
All of this allows you to enjoy a vacation atmosphere in the heart of the city center.
The land is fully fenced and has 2 to 3 parking spaces, including 2 inside the property, with a 220 V electrical outlet.
