Lofts 2 is fully equipped for your comfort and convenience: cook evening meals on the natural gas BBQ, unwind in your private hot tub, stay connected with WiFi and cable, or enjoy movies on the new smart flat-screen TV. In-suite laundry and a large dining table make group gatherings easy, and the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining areas provide plenty of room for entertaining. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for a crowd.
Centrally located within the base area of Red Mountain, The Lofts are a small cluster of townhomes that capture abundant natural sunlight and offer excellent mountain views. The living room features high vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a cozy gas fireplace with a stone hearth. Each townhouse has a private, secure single-car garage and spacious entryways for storing gear and equipment.
Upstairs, the loft master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen and a twin XL. The third bedroom features a queen-over-twin XL bunk bed. All bedrooms have new mattresses and linens, and the living room includes a sofa bed for additional guests. A short five-minute walk takes you to the ski run or lift, making The Lofts a prime location for your mountain adventures.
There are parking spaces included, sorry no pets.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.

The condo was as advertised. Unit and hot tub were clean. Condo was comfortable and had everything you need within a 2 or 3 minute walk to the lifts. Would definitely rent again.

This condo is perfect for skiing at RED. Access to the slopes is a simple walk up and you can practically ski right back to the place. The interior is very comfortable for a group of 6 with the loft being a great master. The hot tub outside is perfect for unwinding at the end of a hard ski day. Overall, great experience!
