It can accommodate up to 5 people in two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm). The house has a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Heating is individual electric, and hot water is provided by an electric water heater.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, and utensils), complemented by a barbecue, garden furniture, and a parasol for sunny days. La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
