Osito Lodge Review
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our trip would have been great, but what ruined it for us was the cleanliness and property upkeep. Cabin did not heat above 65 degrees upon arrival. Trash bag at main entrance upon arrival left by cleaning crew. Sports bra left by the jacuzzi. Dog poop inside the cabin by dining room. Not enough towels (only 5) for the entire house. No trash bags even though they were supposed to be included. A few lightbulbs that did not work. Dirty sock left inside bed sheets, so we had to wash all bed linens. Etc.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Everything would have been perfect with our trip; but what ruined if for us was the cleanliness and property condition. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a trash bag at the front entrance that cleaning crew forgot to take and also a heating furnace that did not heat properly; cabin did not heat above 65. When settling and unpacking we found a dirty sock within a bed's sheets; I am guessing cleaning crew did not wash this bed. We had to immediately wash all beds sheets just to be safe. First time we used the jacuzzi, we found a forgotten sport bra top. And the list goes on: Dog poop (by the dining room table) that had not been picked up, a few cockroaches around kitchen area. My reservation clearly stated there were 10 of us, yet there were only 5 bath towels in total. Also a few light bulbs that did not work. Cleanliness is the most important factor to me on any trip stay. Cabin is in a great location and if kept properly, it is a great cabin. But I can't get past about how dirty it was. We spent over $4,500.00 and for that price this cabin should have been spotless.

Perfect Christmas!
A beautiful, large cabin that was scrupulously clean, well appointed with outstanding views. It provided the perfect spot for our large family to be together for a wonderful Christmas week experience. Plenty of room to be together or spread out and slept all of us comfortably. I highly recommend this property and would love to come back!

Family Annual Vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family takes a trip each year to bond, play games, cook together, and share laughter and storie. This house afforded us that opportunity. There were a few hiccups such as the propane tank not being filled, the dryer didn’t work properly but the PM company was responsive and helpful. I would recommend a book to provide instructions on the television, fire table, etc.
