Recently built in 2017, this all-suite Craftsman-style home pairs an intricate design with Southern charm. This home is conveniently located on a quiet street, less than a mile from downtown Franklin -- home to shops, eateries, and historic buildings. This bodes well for those wanting to embark on scenic walks down the area's new sidewalks and explore nearby parks. More shopping, dining, and entertainment await at The Factory, a shopping mall not even a 10-minute walk away. Walk 12 minutes to festivals at Harlinsdale Farm. Stroll down “America’s Favorite Main Street” lined with historic buildings and tasty culinary eats. Take a day trip to Nashville (a 25-minute drive). Explore the Music City Walk of Fame Park and Country Music Hall of Fame. Afterward, grab lunch at Nashville Farmers Market, or take a stroll along the Bicentennial Capitol City Mall.

After a day spent enjoying Franklin’s southern hospitality, kick back in front of the living room fireplace. The room boasts a sofa, a loveseat, two chairs, and four sets of double-glass doors. Settle in for a movie night on the TV. Other highlights you're sure to love include a gourmet kitchen and a third-floor crow's nest and widow walk. Speaking of cooking spaces, the stunning gourmet kitchen boasts a gas range, wine fridge, marble counters, and a large island with a second sink. Prepare a southern-style feast and gather at the dining room table with seating for six. The credenza serves as a dry bar -- ideal for mixing Tennessee whiskey cocktails. Hardwood floors, contemporary décor, exposed beams, and all-new furnishings give the home a luxurious, yet familiar appeal and ambience. In your downtime, spend leisurely afternoons relaxing on the cozy screened porch. On the interior second-floor landing, there’s a chaise lounge sofa. In the third-floor crow’s nest, there are two chairs. Both are great spots for getting lost in a good book.

Outdoor space abounds at this vacation rental. Sip a glass of sweet tea on the front porch, or play a game of cards on the back deck. After dinner, head down to the firepit to relax on Adirondack chairs while roasting marshmallows. Unwind on the widow’s walk on the third floor where you can enjoy the warmth of a gas fireplace.

When it's time to turn in for the night, the first-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, a 55” TV, and a pair of glass double doors leading to the back deck. The luxurious en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, spacious walk-in shower, and soaking tub. There are three guest rooms on the second floor -- two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. Each has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Great stay
Lovely, big home in a quiet neighborhood. The home was plenty large enough with a private bath for each bedroom. Walking distance to downtown Franklin as well as The Factory filled with shops and food places. We had deer right behind the house on numerous occasions that were fun to watch. We wanted for nothing. Will for certain stay here again.

Could have been much better!
The house is in a great location and has great potential but it is dirty, unorganized and ill equipped. There were cobwebs and dust throughout the house. Floor was filthy, porches had not been swept or cleaned in awhile. There was a dead bird on the porch. The kitchen had the basic utensils but they were scattered in various drawers and are minimal. Knives were all dull, cabinets were very unorganized with remnants of leftovers from previous guests. Linens were very poor quality and one one towel per guests was supplied. When I asked the property manager for 2 more bath towels since two provided were very small, they refused to give us 2 more towels. Air vents are very dirty with dried grass on them. Furniture is all modern, cold, hard and very uncomfortable. The check-in is very confusing since there are two multi locks on front porch that are not in use. The lock to use is on the back laundry room room door, so when you leave the house, you have to lock front door then leave from back entrance. It is a great property but needs to be restocked and thoroughly cleaned. These are really easy fixes to make this a great rental. Disappointed!

Very dirty
This was the most disappointing stay we have ever had at a VRBO. The home was dirty. The bath mat in the master bath was soaked when we arrived. The floor had hair and all sorts of dirt on it. The electronic entry was in the back of the house, which was never in any communications or on the app. That felt unsafe when we checked in around 10:30 p.m. Apparently, I ignored the prior reviews, but others complained about the filth and the entry as well. I suppose nobody cared to fix that. There was a shortage of towels-2 in the master bath for two days. They were equally short upstairs. There were spiders in the upstairs bathtub. There was no water or other snacks or anything when we arrived. I have never encountered that before. I suppose I expected it, so we did not go to the store, but we had to at 11 p.m. when we checked in. Really, this was super disappointing. I have always loved every other VRBO and never complained, but I hope this helps someone else.
