This beautifully renovated loft apartment provides a fantastic home base in the heart of downtown Asheville. Situated just two blocks from iconic Pack Square, you'll enjoy a walkable locale near a hub of activity. Specialty wine and chocolate shops can be found just around the corner. You'll also find abundant restaurants, art galleries, shops, museums, and theaters all within walking distance. Notable attractions are all within a short stroll. The Biltmore Estate is only five miles from your front door. The apartment is also a great home base for day trips to hiking and marveling at the gorgeous Appalachian scenery.

After a day of sightseeing, relax amidst the space's classic architectural details. Highlights include exposed brick, high ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The living area serves as the social heart of the apartment. Break out the popcorn and watch a movie on the 46-inch TV. Comfy seating for five is available on a sleeper sofa and plush chairs. Whip up tasty dishes in the beautifully updated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Other amenities include complimentary WiFi, DirecTV, an iPhone/MP3 docking station, a DVD player, and a DVD library.

This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

This apartment is located within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants and the Asheville Museum of Science. Parking is easy. Plus, it is only minutes away from the Arts District and from the Biltmore. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great Location, Functional Property

The location is right in the middle of downtown Asheville so we were able to walk to all our destinations. The front bedroom is literally 30 feet from the outdoor seating at the bar next door which made going to bed before 11 pm or impractical. Overall, it was a very functional property that served our 5 person family well.

Mini Christmas Vacation

The house was very nice, clean, it was in a good location for being able to walk downtown to the shops and restaurants. The only issues I felt concerning was the parking. My wife picked the location and if she had been staying there alone or with one of her girl friends I would have been concerned about her walking to the parking garage. We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again if I am with her.

Perfect!!

The entire condo was as near perfect as any place we’ve ever stayed. There was nothing lacking, nothing! Kitchen was well-equipped, bedding very comfortable and bathrooms spacious. The location couldn’t have been better! If I’m ever back in Asheville, this loft is my choice of the place to stay! My only suggestion is to have the cleaning service to clean the baseboards in the bathrooms and be more thorough dusting furniture.
