Only a moments walk to Asheville's local restaurants, breweries, shops, and galleries you are in the center of the city while also able to enjoy the mountains that surround you. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions) *PLEASE NOTE* Vehicles must not exceed 7,000 lbs- Large trucks, RVs, Vans, Trailers, or Boats are not permitted



This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the Paxton Key app, which must be downloaded on your phone to access the parking lot and building. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

Clean and convenient rooms and building.
Great location walking distance to downtown , clean, modern, comfortable and quiet except for a random guy playing on the street. We had problems with Paxton app at checkin. But Brandon stayed up late and helped us navigate and resolved issue. We didnt get in til after 10pm. Would have liked a phone number to call with an actual person, but texting through VRBO ultimately worked out. Bed was comfortable. Linens plentiful. Kitchen stocked. 2 king sized beds and one full sofa sleeper.

Great Location but Please upgrade
Very clean place in a great location with safe access. We had 4 adults and the living room furniture was not comfortable or enough for 4 adults. Please upgrade the sofa and add an additional chair. The sofa is very uncomfortable as other reviewers have also said. With these simple upgrades everyone would give it 5 stars all the time.

Fantastic!
Location! Walking distance to all restaurants shopping and bars in downtown Asheville. The checkin and parking app, was very easy. The unit was super clean, modern with typical amenities. Biltmore is about a 10-15 minute drive from the condo. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Leave your cares at home and the rest is in this unit!
My husband and I traveled with my parents. Having a king size bed in each one of the rooms was amazing. It was a selling point for us. Hehe. This place is beautiful. The little porch outside to sit and drink your coffee while you enjoy the beauty of the large tree that is changing colors since we went in autumn was a super treat. We were close to Black Mountain where we spent a day, Chimney Rock, and Lake Lure, where we spent another day, and right down the street from the Biltmore, which we love. We will be coming again. There was nothing we did not love about this property. We have a Prius that connects and there was a charging station in the property so that worked beautifully too. We did not cook in the place because we were really wanting to vacation but there were plates and glasses and coffee and creamer and all the utensils to whip up a storm if that’s what you want to do.
