Thank you for taking the time to write us a review Elise! We're so pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay with us! The Iris is located in the ‘Cannonborough-Elliotborough’ neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is the most upcoming neighborhood on the peninsula with new businesses opening on every corner. The oldest part of Charleston is a few block area where the first City walls were and it is located in what is now called the French Quarter. This is typically what people are referring to when they refer to the "tourist area". There are no Short Term Rentals in the French Quarter due to city zoning laws. All of our properties are located in the Old City District and 1 block from King Street where almost all of the shopping, new restaurants, and bars are located. We would love to welcome you back to Charleston in the future!

Thank you so much for your kind words, Ian! We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us such a thoughtful review and provide feedback about the bed! You and your wife are welcome back any time at any of our properties!!

Thank you so much Trace! We're thrilled to hear that you had a positive experience overall during your stay with us. It's great to know that you found our parking Carousel both unique and functional, and that our unit met your cleanliness and convenience expectations. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the TV stations and the absence of Kleenex/tissues in your unit. Your comments are important to us and will be used to improve our services for future guests. We're glad that our team was able to assist you promptly and cheerfully whenever you had questions. We hope to welcome you back in the future!
