This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has 956 sq ft of living space and is located facing the quiet Creek side on the 4th floor. We are very close to the back elevators making it a quick trip to the gym and pool. Pool and hot tub are seasonal (open May long till end of Sept). The pool and or other amenities may be closed from time to time for maintenance or other reasons beyond our control. We do not offer refunds in the event any of the amenities are closed.
4 beds in total, King in the master, King in the second bedroom, queen in the den and a high end queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. 2 smart TV's with cable, high speed wifi (Telus Purefibre 1 Gb upload and download) and Netflix.
In suite Laundry with soap and bleach provided. Free, secure parking provided for 1 vehicle in the parking garage. Our parking space is conveniently located to your suite, no long walks. Max parking garage height is 6"10".
Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your own food just bring your favorite groceries. We even have a few extras like coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, salad spinner, blender and cookie sheets.
Many rentals only offer starter size items like coffee, shampoo and conditioner, we provide full bottles of everything.
We stock the following items in your suite. • coffee organic whole bean, tea (enough for your whole stay) • sugar, raw sugar, equal • a variety of herbs and spices • ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, cooking oil • salt and pepper • tin foil and saran wrap • all towels (beach, bath, hand, face, tea towels and dish cloths), • bedding (extra blankets and pillows) • paper products (toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towel, makeup remover) • soaps and lotion (laundry, hand and dishwasher, hand lotion) • hairspray, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (full size bottles) • Nest mini for music • Iron and ironing board • Diffuser with essential oils
Playa del Sol is a 100% smoke free environment and security ensures that is remains this way. We are not interested in hosting guests who are coming to party. Smoking or Vaping will land you a $250 fine per incident. Excessive noise is also a $250 fine per incident. We have a zero tolerance policy on drugs and you will be immediately evicted if using in our suite. Alcohol can only be consumed in the unit or on the private patio, you cannot drink alcohol on any of the common spaces at Playa del Sol including the pool. Security enforces a strict quiet time (11pm till 8am daily). Quiet time means turning off all music at 11 pm and keeping the noise level to a respectable level for other guests at the Resort. Problem guests will be evicted with no refund.

Loved the separate rooms, parking was secure, was a nice space to have when you have a few couples or a large group that like space. We came just to do a winery tour and we would come back next time and extend our stay for sure.

The space was perfect for two couples to stay in comfortably with both having King Beds and ensuites. The location was wonderful within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and lake access. We were personally greeted upon arrival and shown the amenities which as a great touch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The condo had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Quiet and easy to get to all of the arenas in Kelowna for ringette. Kesh met us at the property to check us in and ensured we were settled.
From the location to the decor to the comfort. This place is highly recommended. Great hosts, very communicative and lovely. Thanks for the great getaway. Hope to be back soon.
We stayed here for a girls trip and this rental is the perfect place to stay. The unit was super clean and had a lots of thoughtful touches. Things like hairspray and shaving cream, coffee and condiments, this unit has everything you will need for a great holiday. Location is great as well. Check in and check out was super easy. Perfect Kelowna vacation rental!

Met in the car park by Kesh who directed us straight to the parking spot and then took us up to the place. Spotless, has everything you could possibly need and beautiful decor. Not one bad thing to say.
Perfect spot for our family to enjoy a few days in Kelowna.
Location was great and close to everything we wanted- beach, pool and restaurants.
condo was beautiful and comfortable with everything you need. Especially loved the surplus of towels 😉. Beds were well dressed and super comfy. Loved the pool and all the sunshine to go with.
Kesh was a great host, making sure we checked in safely and all details were clear. He kept us updated with resort details along the way.
Would happily stay here again.
We are a familyof 5 adults, we stayed for 4 nights and were very comfortable there. We were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped the condo was, from appliances to dishes to condiments to spices to hairdryers to makeup wipes, we had it all, plus many towels pillows and blankets. Thank you Kesh.
Safe, clean, family friendly rental in a great location
This unit was very clean and in a great location. It met our needs perfectly. We had 2 children and 3 adults and were using this location as a base while skiing for a few days at Big White as well as exploring Kelowna. The host was very kind and professional and met us at a convenient time to help get us checked in. The building feels safe and is close to some restaurants and the waterfront. We would definitely stay here again. :)

The master bath toilet is running, and we fpund socks under the end coffee table. Cleaners need to clean under the couch. it was wonderful property. Highly recommend it.
This space is as advertised.
Check-in was easy. And the expectations for using the space were simple and explained clearly.
The Condo was clean and well stocked with regularly used items , coffee , towles , extra blankets ect...

We had to make a very last minute trip out to Kelowna to visit a sick family member. Kesh was very accommodating with the last minute listing. Traveling with me we’re my mother, 2 year old toddler & newborn baby. He was flexible with early checkin time since there was no guest departing the day we arrived so the kids could nap. Much appreciated. The condo was perfect for our needs. Everything was immaculate & had we been there longer it looked like everything you could need was supplied which is a major bonus I’ve stayed at other VRBO’s that provide nothing for cooking or beach towels. Kesh was excellent with his communications and was a really nice guy. As a former VRBO owner I would highly recommend his property.
This condo is not to be missed. Far better than going to a hotel. It is beautifully appointed, and Kesh has done a fabulous job decorating. It is extremely comfortable, and I love all the touches - makeup wipes, full-sized toiletries (so much better for the environment), as well as items provided in the kitchen that were so nice to have, like a few different kinds of tea, salt and pepper, cream, etc. I noticed that there are a lot of kitchen items here that are usually not provided in a rental, which is above and beyond. I only wish we had been able to stay longer. The extra pillows on the bed were amazing.
Location was great, very central, and nice to walk across the road to the marina for dinner or to check out the lake. Nice parks around, and easy to get to all the wineries in the area.
The pool and hot tub area was great, really cool to be up and looking out from there! Nicely done! Great fitness room, nice touch to have a steam room as well!
