About this property

Family home with garden very close to town center

The house is located in the Saint-Maurice district, just a twenty-minute walk from the city centre and the beach. It is placed above a wine shop and occupies two floors converted into living rooms. Spacious and friendly, it offers multiple spaces ideal for a stay with family or friends. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 separate living rooms. We have renovated it with care, preserving all the charm and authenticity of the old. Located in a quiet and pleasant area, it benefits from local shops (bakery, pharmacy, wine cellar, café...). You can enjoy a large sunny terrace all afternoon, equipped with a barbecue, as well as a small garden with its petanque court to share convivial moments. This is our living house: you will therefore have access to all the little amenities of everyday life, to feel at home. To make it easier for you to get around, a free car park is in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop serves the city centre (5 minutes), the SNCF train station, as well as the Île de Ré. A self-service bike station is also located just 50 metres from the house.
Hyper centre accessible in 5 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by bike, 20 to 25 minutes on foot. Same duration for the old port and its cafes.
Plage de la concurrence 10 minutes by bike.

Hôtes très gentils et accueillants. Logement super pour des vacances entre copains (ou famille) à La Rochelle. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour bien profiter ! Apres avoir effectué 5 jours de vacances avec 8 copains NOUS RECOMMANDONS FORTEMENT CE LOGEMENT !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Vito et Emma. On recommande : maison magnifique décorée avec beaucoup de goût, parfaitement équipée, propreté impeccable, bonne literie, très bonne communication et emplacement parfait ! Bref, nous avons adoré ! Merci

Super séjour dans cette magnifique maison très bien équipée (mention spéciale pour la machine à café), au calme et avec une grande terrasse baignée de soleil ! Le tout avec un hôte très sympathique et arrangeant qui accorde beaucoup d’importance au confort des locataires
