Bungalow on the outskirts

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well equipped apartment is located in a separate building from the main house, which you have all to yourself. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirts of Nuremberg. With public transport (bus / S-Bahn) you can get to the Nuremberg main train station in 25 minutes from the stop just a few minutes' walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in just 20 minutes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with:

- Coffee machine with filter bags and coffee powder
- Toaster
- Kettle with different types of tea
- dishes, cutlery, bottle opener, etc.
If desired, we can also provide all the ingredients for breakfast (sausage, cheese, jam, bread / rolls, etc.) for a small additional charge.

You can use the terrace in front of the apartment with a table and four chairs / cushions. Here you can have breakfast in peace or use the last rays of the day. To unload your luggage, you can park directly in front of our garage. Apart from that, there are enough free and secure parking spaces in the very quiet side street.

The neighborhood is very calm. On foot you are in a few minutes on the Main-Danube Canal, which you can theoretically walk to Nuremberg or to the Rothsee or cycle. The Eibacher Forest and the Rednitzgrund can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. Here you can also walk for hours. Grocery stores (Norma, Rewe), a bakery, butcher Raiffeisenbank and Sparkasse, doctors, flower shops and restaurants (Greek, Italian, Thai) are also within walking distance.

To Nuremberg you can very well take the 62 bus and then either the subway or the S-Bahn. From the main train station you can easily get to the exhibition center or the airport by underground. This also saves you the parking fees and the search for a parking space in Nuremberg. Katzwang is also an ideal base for trips to the Franconian lake district. We also like to give tips here.

If you are arriving very late, this is not a problem. We have a key safe that you can take the key out of at any time of the day or night. We will then give you the code in good time.
