The "Studio Sur" is our smallest unit with about 37 square meters of living space. The ideal division of the living room / bedroom with a kitchenette and a shower room enables a pleasant stay. You can easily prepare a little something in the kitchenette. A charcoal grill can be found on the spacious covered terrace. The terrace with approx. 30 sqm becomes the second living room.
