The house is very large. We were 11 adults and 2 children 11 years old. Everyone had a bed. There are SO many bedrooms in the house. We sent four boys aged 11-18 to the basement. They loved the sleeping arrangements there and the toys/gamesWe enjoyed the community pool a short drive away. The beach is close too. All in all a great 3-day vacation at Rehoboth Beach for our multigenerational family.

Perfect location

The property is great for a larger family. It's within miles of everything (beaches, outlets, restaurants, etc). Owner was very responsive and kind. Just bring your food and clothing and enjoy.

Exceeded My Expectations

Rented this property for my mom's 65 birthday celebration. Beautiful property, fully stocked with basic necessecities, owner was very responsive and helpful. Area is close to beach, outlet shopping and restaurants. I would definitely rent again!

Spacious Rental Home

We had a wonderful weeks stay at this lovingly cared for home. The size was perfect for our family. The bedrooms each with their own bathroom is a great plus. Fully equipped kitchen if you like to cook some of your meals. This home is walking distance to Jungle Jim’s, the outlets, WaWa and a short drive to the beach. There is a shuttle nearby if you prefer. We would definitely stay here again.

Large home, perfect for family reunion. Close to many attractions. House had numerous games and activities to entertain us. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. Be aware you need to bring your own shower soap.Host responded promptly to any questions. Rooms were very clean with the exception of very stained carpets. Lost one star due to that.Would stay here again.

Great location!!

House located in great location. Everything is close by. House was cleaned, stocked up and well organized. The only thing basement floor had some sand and water ring marks in basement bathroom. Overall great house and owner provided all information in email.

Great Family Getaway Location

12 family members stayed at this lovely home so close to so many amenities there is something for everyone to do in the area. The owner was very communitive with us and the space was great, no one was on top of one another, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, we brought our own pots and cookware, but it was not needed the owner had every cooking item you need, which was a great money saver, we cooked our meals so we had more to spend at the outlets, which are in walking distance, but take your car because with so many stores you won't have enough arms to carry your packages. If you book, just don't take my spot for next year, I'll keep my dates to myself. But all jokes aside book with ease you won't be disappointed.

Ideal Family Vacation Home

There were 15 of us ranging in age from senior adult to 13 years old and we were in town for a large family reunion event. The home was super clean, comfortable and very convenient to everything we wanted to do - be it shopping, the beach or just enjoying relaxing in the back yard - which could accommodate all of us easily. The bedrooms were large with comfortable bedding and we loved each having our own bathroom. There was a bedroom on the first floor making it perfect for my husband who has difficulty with stairs. Very well thought-out home layout! But the best feature, for us, was the games room downstairs where we could all gather for fun. I only regret the brevity of our visit - I so wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect for Large Party Family

Nice large house with plenty of room to spread out. We had a great time hanging around the big table and back patio. We didn't use any of the games or toys, but I could see how this place would be great for families with kids. It is also located within walking distance to the bus station that has the shuttle that runs down to the beach for $2. The home appears to have never been lived in - always a rental. It is showing some signs of wear, such as worn carpets and missing towel racks, but nothing disgusting or significantly out of order. As it isn't a 5-star property, it doesn't get 5 stars, but we had a great 5-star family reunion there, and this property facilitated our enjoyment. The owner is a decent guy too. If you're looking for a place like this, don't hesitate the pull the trigger.

The bathrooms were not cleaned properly, and hair and soap rings were left around the tub. The refrigerator and freezer had not been cleaned. The beds were not made with sheets or pillowcases. No towels or wash clothes were provided.

Great Location

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent location for anything from a quick trip to the store, or heading to the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby including a micro-brewery within walking distance. House was well appointed with all necessary items except for cleaning. Fantastic game room downstairs. One of the greatest features was that the bedrooms were huge and each had their own full bath. The one on the first floor is set up for HC access as well. A few minor inconveniences, there was nothing to clean with, (i.e. mop, swiffer, lobby dust pan) Luckily we found a broom and giant dust pan in the garage. THere is also one of the bedrooms that does not have a usable closet so we had to double up in another closet. Not a bg deal but notable. While it did not impact our stay, parking is limited to (6) vehicles. Luckily we only had (5) families but with an (8) BR house it could cause an issue for larger parties. That said, I would definitely rent this property again and recommend it to anyone with a large family/party. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.

My family and I loved the home. Host was in contact via text. Home was amazing and spacious. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Only suggestion is updated televisions!! Otherwise no other issues.
