On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bright living room, a shower room with guest toilet, as well as a large terrace and a mooring.
Upstairs, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which has a west-facing balcony overlooking the canals. A shower room with toilet completes this level.

Private parking space for one car.
Free Coches d'eau cards available.
Animals are not accepted.
