This small house is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor, a living-room with an open kitchen (dishwasher, washing-machine, fridge with a separate freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee-machine, kettle).
- on the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower-room and separate toilets.
A/C in the bedrooms.

On the canal side, a terrace and s pation on the street side.
Enjoy the East6 West exposure.
A 10m x 4,20m mooring in front of the terrace.

The beach is 6-minute away by walk.
Free Access to the Coches d'eau shuttles. The Coched'eau station is next to the house.
