The Villa Seeadler, completed in 2013, with individually furnished apartments, is only 50 meters from the beach in Börgerende. All apartments in Villa Seeadler have terraces or balconies, underfloor heating and bathrooms with floor-level showers. There is a bicycle storage facility in the underground car park. The Villa Seeadler is the ideal starting point for excursions into the surrounding area and many leisure activities, and at the same time the perfect place to relax and find peace and relaxation. You can sit comfortably at the round table. In the living room you have a couch and a stool to relax. The equipment includes flat screen TV, radio and DVD player. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, towel warmer, washstand and mirror. From here you can reach the coin-operated sauna, where you can relax at any time. On the north-east facing roof terrace you have a beautiful view to the sea. The beach is only a few steps away. In addition, the apartment has a free underground garage.   Non-smoking, no pets.
