Idyllic located holiday apartment at the sea, Wifi, Vourvourou, Chalkidiki-Sitho

Surrounded by a pine forest, very close to the fine, almost private sandy beach, the holiday home PHILIPPOS with a total of 3 flats is idyllic and secluded. The holiday home is surrounded by a large, unspoilt plot of land with olive and orange trees on a gentle slope above Fteroti Bay. From the terrace and the garden of the house you have a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby small islands of Amouliani and Diaporos. On the ground floor of the holiday home there are two adjoining flats, Philippos 1 and 2, each with its own side entrance. The upper floor flat is used for other purposes.
Modern and friendly furnished holiday flat Philippos 1, renovated in 2020, direct access from the living room to the terrace and the garden. Adjacent to the living/dining room is the open-plan kitchen area with a view of the garden. Next to it are the bedroom and the bathroom. Ideal accommodation for families with children who appreciate seclusion and nature close to the sea. The fine sandy beach is within easy walking distance. The access to the sea is gently sloping. There are 2 sun sun loungers available for guests on the beach.

We were looking for a peaceful location near the sea and that's exactly what we found. The house is not beachfront, but the beach is private and in most cases you and couple of locals that have houses on the beachfront will be there. The see is calm and clear and you'll have lots of fun with your kids. You can go kayaking to the nearby island and to some smaller beaches on the coast. The apartment is cute and really well equipped so you can stay for longer period. Be prepared for lots of mosquitos as the region is known for this :)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der schönen Ferienwohnung. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage der Wohnung außerhalb der Ortschaften, das große Außengelände mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten rund um das Haus und natürlich der schnell fußläufig zu erreichende Sandstrand, den man fast für sich alleine hat und dort sogar noch zur Ferienwohnung gehörende Liegen vorfindet. Für Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche war ein Auto erforderlich, was sich angesichts der tollen abseitigen Lage der Wohnung aber von selbst versteht. Wir haben einen rundum tollen Urlaub verbracht.

Wir sind bereits das vierte Mal in der Ferienwohnung. Es ist immer wieder schön dort zu wohnen. Jedes mal entdecken wir wieder einige Neuerungen, wie dieses Mal eine neue Haustüre, die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer oder auch den Fernseher (den wir aber nicht brauchen). Es ist schön zu sehen, dass an der stetigen Verschönerung investiert wird. Die Lage und er Ausblick sind einfach traumhaft. Es gibt nicht schöneres als den Tag mit einem Frühstück auf der Terrasse zu beginnen und dabei mit dem Ausblick auf das Meer und von der Sonne verwöhnt zu werden.

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 3. Mal in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung wo es wirklich an nichts fehlt. Da die Wohnung sehr abgelegen ist, hat man sehr viel Ruhe und der Erholungsfaktor liegt bei 100% Supermärkte und Restaurants, sowie schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Ein vollkommen gelungener und schöner Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wirklich sehr geschmackvoll und auch hochwertig und komplett eingerichtet (das Beste was ich bisher in Griechenland gesehen habe und das war schon einiges). Schön geräumig (4 Personen)! Tolle Aussicht, sehr entspannend. Die großen Ventilatoren überall ersparen die Klimaanlage. Solider Mückenschutz (ist dort wichtig). Auch der kleine Strand ist sehr schön (mit natürlichem Schatten) und sauber (und mit der Harke kann jeder selbst mithelfen). Die Gegend ist sowieso top, vor allem wenn man Zugriff auf ein Boot hat. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe auch Supermarkt und Bäcker nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Uns hat Agios Nicolaos sehr gefallen. Auto ist erforderlich. Zum Windsurfen ungeeignet (kein Wind).

Das Haus liegt sehr schön und man hat einen guten Blick über die Olivenbäume zum Meer bzw. zu der gegenüberliegenden Insel. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, prima ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Bei Fragen konnten wir den Vermieter jederzeit telefonisch um Rat bitten. Der Check-In ist durch den Schlüssel-Tresor sehr unkompliziert. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man fünf Autominuten entfernt in Ormos Panagias: mittelgroßer Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Fischverkauf direkt am Hafen usw. Die vielen Strände sind sehr schön, einige aber leider nicht öffentlich zugänglich. Bei dem nicht so warmen Wetter, welches wir hatten, kann man auch sehr gut Wanderungen unternehmen. Von den zahlreichen Restaurants in der Umgebung hatten Mitte April doch noch viele geschlossen. Insgesamt ging unsere Ferienwoche viel zu schnell vorbei. Das Haus ist in jedem Falle sehr zu empfehlen, die Zufahrt zum Haus über den unbefestigten Weg könnte etwas weniger löchrig sein.

Très bonne situation avev belle vue sur la mer. Un vrai chalet Suisse en Grèce. Calme assuré et belle plage privée à 159m. Très bons restaurants à proximité

Sehr schön gelegen ,mitten in einem Olivenhain, in einer gechlossenen Bucht, da eine Insel davor liegt, Ausstattung sehr gut. Sehr sauber, Dusche mit Boiler funktionierte sehr gut. 200m zum fast privaten Strand. Ein bißchen hört man die Straße dahinter und der Zufahrtsweg ist schwierig zu fahren, allerdings sind das auch nur 500m. Ungefähr 3km zu beiden Seiten hin, super gute Restaurants , kleine Supermärkte, Bäcker und Tankstelle. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend, waren nur am WE da. Falls der Strand für einen nicht reicht,gibt es auf der Westseite von Sithonia oder im Süden wunderschöne Strände für jeden Geschmack. Thessaloniki liegt ca. 80 min entfernt. Toller Ausblick von der Terrasse aus. Fuchs hat uns auch besucht. Alles in allem super!

Das Objekt ist sehr schön und die Küche gut eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Außenanlage ist gepflegt mit Allem was man so braucht. In der Nebensaison hat das Objekt etwas mehr Schatten, was in der Hauptsaison sicher ein großer Vorteil ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
