Jay Peak 5 Bed Townhome Ski-on Ski-off

Our beautiful home is the perfect location at Jay Peak Resort. Our home is located on the Village Chair/ Raccoon Run. Push the kids out the door early in the morning and they will ski off to their lessons or to meet friends.
Watch the sunset behind the mountain in the afternoon as you sit on the deck watching the last of the skiers shoo home or take an afternoon sled down the mountain or snowshoe outside your door up the mountain.
Then come in and cook in the chef's kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Supplies, Spices and coffee maker are in our home. Washer and dryer are in the home.
Your evening can be spent watching the stars shoot across the sky or cuddled up on the couch watching a movie with a warm fire.
This three level home with two living rooms allows individual space for the kids and adults to have separate time.
In the basement there is a Miss Pacman and foosball table for the kids to enjoy.
PLEASE NOTE- 4 NIGHT MINIMUM AND NO SATURDAY CHECK IN/OUT

Nothing is better than Ski in and Ski out When you have kids! The house was wonderful. The location is amazing. A few of the beds were not the most comfortable beds in the world, but besides that the place was very clean There was more space than we expected.

Amazing location on a slope that doesn’t check passes. So if you’re with your children learning to ski, it’s a great way around the tickets for the whole mountain. House is HUGE! Great for all ages. Thick carpets and comfortable linens. Would stay again

This home was beautiful and perfect for our vacation. It is located very conveniently, nestled in the center of Jay's two major bases, and was just as described on the listing. Have absolutely nothing negative to say. High marks all around!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Felt like a home and not a rental. Elisha and Eliot were responsive to any issue we had. The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed aside from our clothes and skis. The ski in / out was wonderful. Ample parking. Overall just a great vacation. The basement was stocked with DVDs, games, a foos ball table and a pac man machine. Kept us engaged in family activities after a day on the slopes. The Sonos system was wonderful to have. They have literally thought of almost everything. Only minor suggestion would be to have a shovel available for shoveling the back deck for when walking around the side of the house to ski (resort takes care of front and parking). We will definitely rent here again when back at Jay Peak. Thanks again!

This home is very well kept, and equipped. There is plenty of space to spread out if you are a larger family group. The location is perfect right on Racoon Run for getting to the lifts early. We have stayed at many Jay Peak units over the years and this one is by far my top pick!

What's right about this property.

Wonderful house - would definitely use again

From reservation through welcome check-in to quick responses to questions, Elisa provides the best. They keep the house in excellent condition--feels like a home vs. a rental. Everything worked well for our 2 families with teens--a perfect space probably under-represented by the photos. We enjoyed the ability to eat meals all together and play cards & board games in the end-unit townhome.

This is THE best location for ski in/ski out at Jay Peak

We have young skiers that gained a HUGE sense of independence as they took off on their own for the Village Chair and by the end of our week, knew the mountain by the back of their hands. We absolutely loved this home for the space; enough for adults to enjoy and kids separately as they took over the basement with the games and had a blast. We loved playing music out on the deck (and so did chair riders) as we enjoyed the amazing weather we had for the week. I appreciate the owner making an extra effort to get me martini glasses as I believed they would be there upon arrival. They were not but a delivery was made. :) My only suggestion to either the owner, or families coming to stay, is glassware (besides martinis!) There were many wine glasses but nothing other than a few large plastic cups. We bought rocks glasses, & tall glasses at the store that we took home for souvenirs, but would be nice to not have to pack them WHEN WE RETURN!!! ❤️ It was a long awaited week we were looking forward to having with people we hadn’t seen due to the pandemic and this was the perfect was to celebrate finally being together and having the time of OUR LIVES while doing so. First chair to last chair. Sledding at 4. Snowshoeing. Laughter. A blazing Fire place. Music. Chess matches and Pac-Man and Foosball. What. A. Week.!!!!! We immediately booked our next trip for next year. Same place. Same time. Thank you Elisa!

Sweet Slope Side Townhome

Very nice townhome in great location on the mountain with direct access to skiing, and striking distance to the broader resort . Units is super comfortable with all the amenities you could want -- kitchen, baths, TVs, Sonos music system, and games for kids. Ton of room so adults and kids could separate and be very happy. Homeowners were very responsive to any questions and issues we had before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this for a great Vermont ski trip.

Perfect ski in/ski out for family vacation!

We had an incredible time in this wonderful home. The house was clean, very well stocked and the location on Racoon Run was amazing - made it easy for everyone to ski in/out at their leisure. The owner, Eliot, was very responsive and helpful. We had some dirty towels left in one bathroom when we arrived and he credited us. The perfect place for a family or group vacation at Jay Peak. The house layout is perfect — kids downstairs and adults upstairs. The game room was a huge hit. We hope to come back in the future and would definitely stay here again.

Best house on the mountain!

We’ve been going to the resort for years. Typically we stayed in the Village Condos. Most, if not all, are relatively comfortable with mediocre finishings. This unit, however, is far above all others. It’s someone’s home that is obviously cared for and loved by the owners. We rented along with my business partner and his family, for a total of 10. We were all very comfortable and pleased with the house. And what could be better than finishing your day in the hot tub. That made all the difference and really loosened us up for the next day of skiing. The fact that it’s on Raccoon Run, a nice easy trail for the kids with a lift at the bottom is absolutely perfect. The Silverman’s chose the best spot on the mountain in my opinion. We’d recommend this house without a doubt.

An Excellent Large End Unit Right on the Hill!!

This was an excellent unit for our family of 11. 6 adults and 5 children. It was even better than the website portrayed. Elisa and Eliot, the owner and manager, are very responsive and helpful with questions and information. There are 2 full living areas. The kids really enjoyed having their own space on the lower level. It is well equipped with a Fussball table, a hockey game and to the delight of all an original Pac Man game. The 2 kids bed rooms were also on this level along with their bathroom. All of the other three bedrooms were very well appointed with comfortable beds and linens and wonderful big thick towels in the ensuite baths. The master bedroom also had a large sitting area. All of the bedrooms had a flat screen TV. The main living area had a large very well stocked kitchen. All of the dishes, pots,utensils that you could desire. A large ,lovely dining table had plenty of room for us all. The living room had lots of comfortable seating, a big screen TV and a very easy to us and cozy gas fire place. It is conveniently situated right on the side of Racoon Run. Put your skies on right off the deck and you are on the hill. Easy to get back for lunch or if some one forgot something. Big windows look out over the hill as well so you can assess the conditions before you venture out. The convenience was very important for us as the temp was around -25 celsius while we were there. Jay Peak has now become a destination resort. There are activities for all and we used them all. The hug indoor water park, the indoor arena, the climbing centre and movie theatre and the Nordic centre for X-Country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing. We would highly recommend unit V156 at Jay Peak for a group of adults and kids who want to have an enjoyable, comfortable, active holiday in a well maintained and conveniently situated large beautiful accommodation.
