Our child-friendly family business is open all year round.
In the Unterluimes house we offer our guests 2 cozy apartments for 2-6 people.
Both apartments have direct access to our well-kept garden.
There is also a table tennis table, a pergola, children's playground and a grill.
Our sauna with infrared cabin is ideal for relaxing and switching off.
We bake a fresh cake for you once a week.

If you want fresh bread or eggs for breakfast,
 we are happy to order them from local companies.

GroßzĂŒgige Wohnung mit einfacher Austattung und toller Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig und gut ausgestattet, bietet viel Stauraum fĂŒr alle Mitreisenden und ein tolles Bergpanorama. Überrascht waren wir etwas ĂŒber die Tatsache, dass es sich um eine Art "Kellerwohnung" handelte. Allerdings ist diese so angelegt, dass man direkten Zugang zum großzĂŒgigen Garten hat. Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas zusammengewĂŒrfelt und ist nichts fĂŒr Designliebhaber. Wer einfach nur eine gute Zeit in einem gemĂŒtlichen Ambiente sucht, macht hier aber nichts falsch. Leider kann ich bei der Sauberkeit keine volle Punktzahl vergeben da u.a. das Geschirr verschmutzt war und hier und da Hinterlassenschaften wie Haare aber auch Material der Vormieter rumlagen. Schade ist auch die Positionierung des einzigen FernsehgerĂ€ts. Dieses befindet sich im wohnungseigenen BierstĂŒbchen deren SitzbĂ€nke nicht gerade zum lĂ€ngeren Verweilen einladen. Auch wenn die Bus- und Zuganbindungen gut sind, ist ein PKW ein echtes Muss! Hier bietet sich auch ein Allradantrieb an, da die steilen Zufahrtsstrassen im Winter sehr glatt sind. Die Hauptstrassen zur Schlick 2000 (ca. 15 Minuten) sowie zum Stubaier Gletscher (ca. 30-40 Minuten) sind allerdings sehr gut gerĂ€umt. Hervorzuheben ist Inge, die Vermieterin. Eine extrem herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ohne Probleme organisierte sie den tĂ€glichen Brötchenservice, ĂŒberraschte mit einem unglaublich leckeren Kuchen und organierte Hilfe aus der Nachbarschaft bei technischen Problemen. Auch fĂŒr ein unterhaltsames GesprĂ€ch war sie immer zu haben, FĂŒr sie gibt es 5 Deluxe Punkte!!!

GemĂŒtlich und Herzlich

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ganz exponiert mit Blick ins Stubaital und auf den Serles. Ganz in der NĂ€he fĂ€hrt die Stubaitalbahn bis Innsbruck oder auch ein Skibus. Man kann spazieren gehen oder die Aussicht geniessen. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man wird richtig verwöhnt mit OfenwĂ€rme und Kuchen! Vielen Dank fĂŒr die schönen Tage
