A private parking space and a large balcony complete this flat.

Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), Le Halo comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge, two beautiful bedrooms, an office with a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a beautiful garden around the residence as well as a tennis court.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up for you on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV, a comfortable sofa and a convivial dining table.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including an electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two large, light and quiet bedrooms with queen-size beds (160×200)
- A study with a comfortable sofa bed for one person
- A bathroom with a bathtub
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 10 m² balcony/terrace, equipped with a table for your meals and two deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is located 10 minutes from Bordeaux city centre, ideal for spending time with friends or family, in a very pleasant wooded setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Le Hola is located in a very pleasant and quiet residence. It is important to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.
