The bright and modern detached house for 4 people (built on stone) with private parking on the property is located on the 2nd Row behind the picturesque rock cliff on the open sea. The 10 km long sandy beach (Schaabe) is within walking distance in about 1000 m.

The premises are divided as follows:
The main entrance on the ground floor leads to a cozy and modern living-dining-kitchen with underfloor heating.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob and fridge with integrated ice compartment. Dishes, pots, pans and glasses are plentiful.
The south-west corner terrace in the rock garden with garden furniture and sun lounger invites you to relax. A bathroom with a large shower, toilet and urinal is also on the level.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed 180 x 200. In the further bedroom there are two beds 90 x 200. Another bathroom complete with bathtub and underfloor heating complete the upper floor.

The neighborhood and surroundings:
The house is located in an emerging development area in Glowe, an up-and-coming former fishing village, with a harbor, spa and spa park in the north of the island.
Binz is about 25 km away. The house is located in a mixed area of holiday homes and houses on the site of the former coastal radio station Rügenradio.

The long Schaabe connects Glowe with Juliusruh with its 10 km long sandy beach.
The bathing beach lined with dunes and pine forests is wonderful with excellent air and water quality.

The beach promenade at the harbor ends with the lookout tower and invites you to stroll and linger.
A supermarket, bakery, fish smokehouse and several restaurants are available for daily needs.

A deposit of € 200 must be paid in cash or with an EC card on site.

please let us know in advance, there is a key safe, a code will be issued for this.
The tourist tax is paid when the keys are handed over.
Linen package, 1 duvet cover, 1 pillow, 1 bed sheet, 1 bath towel and 2 towels can be booked for € 22.00 per person.
A travel cot and a highchair for children are in the house and are provided free of charge,

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Neubaugebiet. Verbrauchsmaterialien für die Küche sind bis auf die absolut notwendige Basisausstattung zur Reinigung nicht vorhanden. Nettes kleines Haus

Nettes kleines Haus, als Startpunkt für diverse Ausflugsziele. Die Sauberkeit war gut, das Mobiliar in einem guten (Teilweise sehr quietschenden) Zustand, die Einrichtung beziehungsweise Ausstattung ebenfalls mit leichten Abzügen in der B Note. Beispielsweise gab es überhaupt kein großes Messer, was das Frühstück etwas verkomplizierte ;) Der Außenbereich des Hauses sagte uns leider überhaupt nicht zu. Hier fand sich überhaupt kein Grün, nur Steine und versiegelte Fläche. Leider gab es auch keinen Grill. So blieben die Aufenthaltszeit auf dem Grundstück sehr überschaubar. Hier sind die Geschmäcker aber sicherlich verschieden.

Modernes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Sehr netter, persönlicher Empfang. Tolles modernes Haus mit zwei Bädern, Fußbodenheizungen, Spülmaschine und vor allem recht gut ausgestattete Küche mit viel Geschirr und vernünftigen Kochtöpfen und Pfannen. Das hab ich bis jetzt selten so gesehen. Parkplatz gleich vorm Haus, was will man mehr. WLAN war schnell genug hatte aber ab und zu kurze Verbindungsabbrüche, kann aber auch am Anbieter liegen. Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Können das Ferienhaus wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Perfekte Auszeit auf Rügen

Meine Frau und ich haben dieses kleine Schmuckstück absichtlich ausgewählt - und das aus gutem Grund: Es ist ein sehr schönes, neues Ferienhaus, perfekt ausgestattet und für zwei (bis max. 4) Personen mit ausreichend Platz versehen. Die Nähe zum Hauptort Glowe ist für Erwachsene mit Auto perfekt. Die Absprache mit dem Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend und mehr als nur kundenorientiert. Die Siedlung ist noch recht neu und wird auch zukünftig noch weiter ausgebaut; von Baulärm können wir tatsächlich nichts berichten. Was uns betrifft, so würden wir sicherlich wieder buchen, wenn es auf die Insel geht.

Klein aber fein

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Glowe, nicht zuletzt wegen unseres kleinen aber feinen Ferienhäuschens, das modern ein stylisch eingerichtet ist und in dem wir uns schnell zuhause gefühlt haben. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, innerhalb eines kleinen Ferienhausgebiets, aber eben nicht in direkter Strandnähe. Man sollte sich auf eine kurze Autofahrt oder einen längeren Spaziergang einstellen. Dafür hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Sonnenuntergänge, da man in diese Richtung genau auf ein Feld blickt. Einziger Kritikpunkt war für uns, dass wir uns etwas mehr Sichtschutz zu den direkten Nachbarn gewünscht hätten, aber vor allem, dass wir uns einen kleinen Zaun gewünscht hätten, damit wir unseren Hund ohne Leine mit rausnehmen hätten können. Alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt!

Haus am Kliff, Glowe

Das Haus selber ist relativ klein, allerdings ist alles neu und sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet, welches noch ausgebaut wird und daher ist Baulärm ein ständiger Begleiter. Die Aussenanlagen sind sehr spärlich und man fühlt sich wie auf einer Scholle wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Dafür sind Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus - schöner Ort

Gute Ausstattung - liebevoll eingerichtet - alles sehr sauber - im nahegelegenen Ort findet man alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Strand ist herrlich. Einziger Grund für den Punktabzug ist, dass in unmittelbarer Umgebung noch Baustellen der neuen Häuser sind. Auch zu beachten wäre für eine Reise mit Kindern, dass noch kein Spielplatz vorhanden ist und der Garten nicht als Spielgarten eingerichtet ist.
