We enjoyed our stay, it's so nice to have a whole apartment instead of just a hotel room. This place is very roomy, which we enjoy. The porch upstairs had a lovely view we sat and drank coffee and enjoyed the fall mornings

A beautiful home, comfortable, and with all the amenities. We truly enjoyed our stay! I recommend a trip into Yellowsprings and a visit to Clifton Gorge State Nature Preserve. It's an amazing hike!
This was our third stay and Grace always does a great job of providing super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodations for my wife and I. We had tons of family time over Thanksgiving and then had this wonderful place to retreat and catch our breath at the end of the day. We plan to stay again next year!

Such a cute and cozy apartment. It was a great place to say for a few days while we were in town visiting family. 10/10 would recommend. Grace, the host, is very nice and communicated well and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived.
Needed a place for the weekend to get to an appointment in Dayton on Saturday and do a bike ride in Yellow Springs on Sunday. It was just like the listing, cute place with the right amount of space for two people to eat, sleep and relax. Used the kitchen to cook dinner each night and had everything we needed. The little balcony was perfect spot to sit outside and read. The desk in the living room nook was perfect spot to get some work done. Trail access was really close (walking distance). It is an over-the-garage apartment and that comes with the sounds of the garage doors opening/closing and activities in the garage. Not bothersome for us, but something of which to be aware if you're looking for perfect tranquility.
Very lovely spot for our one night stay. Nice parking and pleased to see that it looks just like the pictures! Easy check-in, too. Very safe and scenic part of town. Very happy with our stay!
This property was very clean and quiet. It was perfect for a weekend trip for my wife and I. Grace, the hostess, provided everything we needed for our stay and even some extras. Thanks for providing this nice place and for a job well done.
We were in town for a brief stay and just needed somewhere cozy to sleep and get ready the next day. It was very accommodating and the sweet decorative touches and welcoming treats made it very homey feeling. If we return we would like to stay here again!
This apartment had everything we needed for a 6 day stay. Everything was just as described and very clean. We felt right at home in Grace’s adorable apartment.
Good location, not far from campus. Being above a garage, you hear the vehicles when they start and run - which was pretty early in the morning when I was there.
Clean and comfortable - great amenities. Beautiful patio overlooking a field.
I’d recommend it!
