Following your departure, we scheduled a deep clean of the carpets to ensure a refreshed space for future guests. We’re also sorry for the trouble with the window treatments and the front door handle, and we appreciate you reporting these items so promptly. Our team offered to send maintenance out the following day and asked you to confirm the visit, but unfortunately we did not receive a confirmation, so the visit was not scheduled. We’re sorry for any confusion this caused and have shared your feedback with our team to help ensure maintenance visits are clearly coordinated moving forward. Since your departure, all window treatments have been replaced. Regarding the front door, our maintenance team has confirmed that the latch works as it should.
