Deer Valley 164 is a beautiful 4 BD/3 BA walk-in duplex centrally located to everything in Branson. Take in the wooded views from your private upper deck or unwind in the hot tub (shared with adjoining duplex). A quick drive gets you to the strip where you will find shows, attractions, shopping and dining, or use the alternative routes to Downtown Branson or Silver Dollar City. Relax, and enjoy your stay.

PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a walk-in unit (no flight of stairs, but there may be a couple of steps), our units are not ADA compliant. The front door has a minimum opening of 30". Neither the bedroom nor bathroom doors are ADA compliant. Unless seen in the unit pictures, no stabilizing handles have been installed in the bathrooms.

Loved this property!! It was perfect for our girls weekend. The people that stayed on main floor wished the beds had some kind of topper on it to make it more comfortable. However we would absolutely stay here again, loved the location and communication with managers was great.

This place is absolutely amazing! Perfect for a weekend getaway with my family. This house has lots of room to spread out or get together for a game of pool or a dip in the hot tub. It's close to downtown Branson and Big D's BBQ. I can't wait to visit and rent this property again. Highly recommend.

Great property and a nice expereience

Everything was wonderful. The decks were gorgeous, peaceful, well furnished and practical. The hot tub was enjoyed every night. The beds were comfortable. The unit was way too much space for only 4 adults, so our only regret was not planning early enough to bring along more family and friends.

Older property but clean and inviting. Mattresses need replaced. Kitchen had everything we could think of. Enjoyed hot tub and fire table. Bunk room was fun.

Weekend getaway for family

House was nice for 6 of us to stay. Location to everything was great. Disappointed was not told Hot tub was not working. Was compensated some for it. All of the beds need changed. Very uncomfortable and old. Saw others that have stayed complained about them also.

Property was in reasonably good condition. In a good location. Most things were less than 10 minutes way. Initial communications ended up in junk mail and i didnt realize it until last minute.

Front door lock a problem

This is a wonderful property. We had a fabulous time. We did really struggle w the lock entering and exiting. The code worked intermittently. We finally had to lock the door from the inside and exit but running thru the garage. It made for a comically memory but was an issue our entire stay. Thanks for everything! ❤️

It was conveniently located, check in and out was easy. Great place for kids, and family to come together with lots of room. Take advantage of the offered tickets to places! Would stay here again! Check out time is at 10. And is a crazy up-charge to move it to 11 but that was my only minor complaint.

Annual girls shopping trip

Easy access to everything in Branson. Nice duplex, some wear and tear on carpet, table and chairs but felt like home. Beds were also a little worn out but it served the purpose. Hot tub was hot and ready for use. It was very quiet even though there were guests staying in the other side of the duplex. We never heard a thing from the other side. The view was beautiful! Made you feel like you were in the woods away from the city but yet everything was just minutes away. Thank you for the accommodations!

Nice location with a view

It was on a dead end road so virtually no traffic. Wonderful of the valley and the main route at nice was fun to see with all the lights. There was plenty of space for everyone and the hot tub was great too. It is shared with the adjoining duplex but we never had to share with them. Loved the pool table as well. Plenty for everyone to do. Would recommend this for any family.
