Fully equipped with modern facilities, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers for a family or friends' stay. Nestled in a calm environment, the house allows you to fully enjoy numerous activities without needing to take the car: quick access to the beach, water sports (sailing, paddle), hiking trails (GR34), cycle paths, tennis, as well as boat departures to the Glénan Islands. You will also appreciate its outdoor space with enclosed garden and fitted terrace with barbecue, perfect for enjoying beautiful summer days.



Enter through the entrance door and discover a bright, spacious living area with access to the terrace. The open and modern kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to prepare your meals as if at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers (one filter and one Dolce Gusto). You can share your meals around the indoor dining table or enjoy the terrace table on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area near the pellet stove, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television.



The accommodation has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – on the ground floor: a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2 – upstairs: a King Size bed (180x200cm) made up of 2 single beds placed together, a wardrobe and a desk.

Bedroom 3 – upstairs: two single beds (80x190cm) and a wardrobe.



At the top of the stairs is a desk and a bookshelf filled with children's books.



The accommodation has 2 bathrooms with toilets and hairdryers, the ground floor one has a bathtub, the upstairs one a shower.



A washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board and an iron as well as a travel cot and a high chair are also at your disposal.



You will benefit from 2 private parking spaces to park easily. You will be able to store your bicycles safely in the laundry room.
