Perfect location for folks wanting the Charlotte experience without being in the middle of uptown. Very close to South Park mall and Quail Hollow Club. Place has everything you need and is quite comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall great experience property is Very Nice! Host was always available ( Even though we got in Very Late Host Was Super Helpful and responded to any inquiries promptly. The clubhouse Pool is Gorgeous with great lounge chairs and Umbrella tables available. So many different stores restaurants etc really close by rental property. We will definitely look this Host up when Next Wednesday visit family in Charlotte NC

Fantastic Stay

The property is in a perfect location, if South Charlotte is your destination. It's located in a clean, quiet neighborhood not far from SouthPark mall. The area is super easy to navigate & feels very safe. The property is exactly as depicted in the host's pictures, & is a lovely place. The host was very helpful & accomodating. Excellent stay

The apartment was clean and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure which was great because I have a lot of hair! 😁 Stephanie was very responsive to any questions before the trip. We would definitely recommend this and would stay again except for the stairs (bad knee so just would prefer first floor) but not a deal breaker because our stay was so nice. Thank you!

First off, the location was perfect for our needs. The apartment was nicely appointed but a bit old. The facility itself needs a lot of work. The bathroom floor in the king room was not secure. It felt as if we were going to fall through to the second floor apartment below, very spongy as if there has been water damage in the past. The kitchen ceiling is damaged. A huge water stain and chipping paint were a total eyesore. The coffee machine didn't work. The king size bed had a topper on it due to the mattress being old and uncomfortable. The towels in both bathrooms are definitely shop worn and thin. Only one towel per guest. The front door did not feel secure and neither of us were comfortable with the locking mechanism. The trash was never picked up so we used the dumpsters down the road to dispose of our garbage. The exterior steps are dangerous and need repair. I got my shoe caught on the lip of the stairs and fell down the steps. The nails are exposed and dangerous. The unit definitely needs some updating and attention.

It all started with an epiphany. One evening in early September of 2021, my husband and I were laying in bed when I decided that I wanted to start a vacation/short-term rental business. There was a small pause before my husband replied,..."lets do it". Four months later, we acquired our first location and our journey began. I always knew that I enjoyed interior design and this was the perfect opportunity to show off a little skill. After countless trips to IKEA, Marshalls, TJ Max and a handful of meet-ups arranged through OfferUp, my husband and I put the finishing touches on our boho style apartment. We were almost tempted to just move in ourselves haha. This was our creation, our baby, our pride and joy, and we were excited for others to experience the fruits of our labor. One 5-star review after another and we were convinced that we were on the right track. For us, there is no greater feeling than when a guest takes pleasure in our accommodation. Hospitality is at the forefront of our minds and we look forward to hosting your next stay.
