The Space:

Discover the inviting charm of this stylish and cozy home that fosters togetherness! Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably, it's ideal for remote workers and students who can make use of the high-speed internet available throughout.



The internet connection boasts a dedicated 50mbps fiber-optic speed. Multiple spacious common areas provide the flexibility your group needs. Unwind in the welcoming living room with ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and cable.



Cooking becomes a joy in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a toaster oven, pots, pans, plates, bowls, and utensils. The open floor plan ensures you can engage with everyone in the great room while preparing meals, and then dine together at the large dining table.

Sleep soundly in three bedrooms, each furnished with a King bed. The primary bedroom includes a spacious closet and a convenient ensuite bathroom.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, both living areas, laundry room, all amenities, and the backyard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Parking is available on the left side of the house in the driveway and on the street.



Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

Known locally as one of Charlotte's most diverse and eclectic neighborhoods, Plaza Midwood is renowned for its art galleries, unique boutiques, and diverse dining options. Veterans Park, less than a mile away, provides a variety of recreational amenities including ball fields, tennis courts, trails, picnic spots, a splash pad, disc golf course, and a playground, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy nearby.

This home is nestled into the quaint Plaza Midwood neighborhood just blocks away from everything Central Ave has to offer. Walk or drive to one of the many local restaurants and bars, like Milkbread, Whiskey Warehouse, Calle Sol, and more! The light rail is less than .6 miles away, hop on to quickly get Uptown or further south to South End and more. Plenty of Ubers and Lyfts are available at this location.



Other Things to Note:

** House Rules **

Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.

Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.

The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID.  Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.

Minimum booking age: 25 years old.

If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.



Access to the Home:

Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.

Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees

Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.

Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Check-in is at 5:00 PM

Check-out is at 11:00 AM

Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.



Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM:

You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.

No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets:

Unfortunately we DO NOT ALLOW any pets. Any unapproved pets will result in a $250 fine.



Parking:

Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking.



Smoking:

No smoking whatsoever inside the home.

Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.



Damages:

Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.



Internet Usage:

We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.



Trash:

Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.



Interaction with Guests:

Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!
