Surprise trip for my husband for his birthday.

The property was clean, beautiful, comfortable with gorgeous views and convenient to the lazy River, pools, and the beach. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to couples or families with children.

Amazing place for families

The ideal spot for families. So close to the beach. Outdoor and indoor pools. Food and drinks available. Lazy river. Playground. Close to many restaurants. Overall a very easy trip with young kids.

Amazing!!!!

This condo was amazing and exactly as advertised! It was beautifully decorated with all the amenities! We all wanted to move in! It was very clean! Our only complaint was that we wish we could have stayed longer. We would love to book this condo again.

Enjoyable Beach Getaway

My family enjoyed this condo over 4th of July holiday. Very clean and comfortable. Brand new hot tub was installed before our trip. Only issue was we could not get the bbq to light. Nor could the on site technicians. Primary bedroom could benefit from a ceiling fan. We would stay here again!

Annual beach trip

Great location, furnished beautifully, comfortable bed in master with plenty of room throughout the unit and balcony. The only negative, and it could be a big one, was bbq pit was not working. Too much interference from maintenance -changing a/c filter, checking hot tub, scheduled 30 day maintenance then never showed up. Not sure if i would book again.

Thank you for your feedback Diana. We're glad you enjoyed the location, furnishings, and comfort of the unit. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the non-functional BBQ pit and maintenance interruptions; we'll address these issues to improve future stays.

Room was beautiful

The room is as nice as it appears in the pictures. Only one note. When using the oven give yourself time for it to preheat. It takes 45 minutes to preheat for a frozen pizza. All appliances are high end and super nice. The oven was just funny for pizzas and biscuits in the morning.

We appreciate the heads-up about the oven's preheating time and will look into it to improve the experience. We hope you had a great stay overall and look forward to hosting you again!

We showed up to check in at 4 PM and the place was an absolute wreck. There was food everywhere mac & cheese on the floor tons of trash. The place hadn’t been cleaned at all. Beddings weren’t ready. It was disgusting. We had to wait three hours for the entire place to get cleaned and we come back and there is a still horrible smell in the living room that stays the entire time. I think it’s from the place, not being taken care of musty furniture etc. The outdoor furniture is dirty as well as the living room furniture there was still mac & cheese stains on the carpet so the property is just not as listed on VRBO. Also, we had issues with outlets not working. So overall, we were not very happy with the property management and the cleanliness of the property although it is decorated very well and in a great location you could just tell that it had not been taken care of. We also were told that the owners were the ones who left this property in disgusting condition when we were checking in at 4 PM. They were supposed to clean and they didn’t.
