14 Van Dyke St. Unit B- An ocean block town home with views of both the ocean and bay! Situated on the south side of Dewey Beach, just steps to the beautiful beaches, marina, nightlife, and great restaurants, this Dewey Beach town home leaves little to be desired.
You will thoroughly enjoy the beautiful kitchen that includes quartz counters and stainless steel appliances complete with a coastal vibe. In addition, this modern town home is complete with laminate hardwood flooring and updated bathrooms. The spacious screened porch and various levels of balconies offer great views and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. A perfect and open floor plan on the main living level is ideal for a vacation beach rental.
This is a non-smoking home and pets are not permitted.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $232.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
Tenants are required to purchase the $70.00 damage insurance. Please contact the host for additional information.

House was dirty, mouse poop on mattress on twin bed, neighbors disrespectful to us, and had someone search through our house when we weren't there for the owner and did not tell us they were going through?? Overall very disappointed with this property.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we do need to clarify a few important points regarding your stay. Our rental agreement explicitly states that this property is not available for special event-group or party rentals, and unfortunately, this lease term was violated during your stay. This is a serious concern for the safety and comfort of both our neighbors and future guests. Regarding your other concerns: our cleaning team prepares the property thoroughly before each stay, and we regret if you noticed any issues. The property was also accessed by our team during your stay becuase we were unable to reach you and the owner was concerned about the condition of her proeprty following several complaints by the neighbors; we apologize if we were unable to communicate this inspection prior. We take guest feedback seriously and will continue to make improvements, but we must also uphold our policies to ensure the property is used responsibly. Thank you for your understanding.

Great location, but property could use a little TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived to the property it was really very dirty. None of the floors were vacuumed so we spent a good amount of time vacuuming the floors. We found empty beer and truly cans in the house and out on the decks and the windows/sliding glass doors were also very dirty.The property was advertised as 4 bedrooms, with the kids bedroom (the twin bed) being the fourth bedroom, but I really don’t think this was accurate. This room was a walk through room and the only way to access the rest of the house. It made it really difficult in the evenings to put the kids to bed and in the mornings to access the rest of the house without waking up the kids. I just think this needs to be described better in the listing.Also- I do think the house should be serviced by an HVAC company. The vent in the bathroom easy dripping water and the entire house felt very moist.Overall we had a nice time but would not rent this property again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we stayed in the same unit last year and enjoyed it, this year was very different. Unit was NOT clean (particularly bathrooms) and is badly in need of maintenance, especially painting. Rug in upstairs was badly spotted, especially in hallway. All in all, while the unit has many good features, including location, it is bad need of some TLC.
