This 4 BR 3 BA

Rent this fantastic unit that is pristinely maintained by the weekend as a three night minimum, full week or midweek as a 3 night minimum and extended options for the off season.

This location was recently built and includes top of the line cabinetry, undermount double, stainless sink with granite countertops. The washer and dryer are full size and kitchen is equiped with a wine cooler, dishwasher, disposal, and everything you need to make a gourmet meal including Capresso coffee maker, Villaware waffle maker, Waring blender, etc. Bathrooms are equiped with Toto, no-clog toilets, and corian countertops. Furnishings are from top makers including, Tommy Bahama, Bob Timberlake, Potterybarn, Thomasville, etc. The floors and carpet include hand-skieved, hardwood floors, ceramic tile in bathrooms, and Tactesse carpeting in bedrooms (very soft!). We have a miele vacuum available at this property. The decking is Brazilian hardwood with Potterybarn outdoor furniture on the large covered deck.

This property is clearly for those that want to enjoy Dewey! Either cook in, grill on the weber grill outside, or go out to enjoy the many restuarants....recommendations available upon request!

This property is the sister property of listing 135340, and if we are showing booked, you can still email me and see if any of my other properties are available.

Jolly Trolley picks up at the end of the street and runs every 20 minutes from 9 am to 2 am. You can check the internet for exact times.

***Daily Maid service available for $30 per day***

Also included in this rental is a beach umbrella and two beach chairs set up at the beach for you each day.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Each bed stripped of the used sheets and pillowcases must be placed in its used pillowcases and put inside entrance for pick up. LEAVE ALL pillows, mattress covers, & quilts on beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Standard rental contract will be emailed after booking. Groups under 25 years old are required to pay an additional security deposit

Great stay for a bachelorette weekend!

This was a perfect property to rent for a bachelorette weekend - down the block from the beach, very close to bars/restaurants, and a quick trolley ride to Rehoboth boardwalk. Maria is wonderful to work with - very responsive and accommodating! Some checkout rules to be aware of upon your departure, but nothing that would prevent us from booking this property again!!!

Best Spot in Dewey

If you want to be in the heart of everything in Dewey this rental is the place to be. Just park your car and everything is in walking distance. This rental is even better than the pictures show. This place is AMAZING! Maria was always available to answer any questions I had. Very pleasant and a great to work with. We will be back for sure!!!

Beautiful accommodations

This property is gorgeous! Immaculately clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. And that fabulous porch! We felt like we were in someone’s home instead of a beach rental. And, they allow pets! Would we rent it again? Probably not. This is a third floor unit. The 3 flights of stairs did not play well with my 71 year old bad knee and 11 year old dog. Also be aware that there is no way to secure the door into the unit. If you have small children who like to wander, this could be an issue.

Close to bars and the beach

Had a great experience renting this and another property from Maria for a large group. Property was clean and has a nice front deck for sitting outside when relaxing after spending time at the beach. Location is great, close to a ton of bars and restaurants and the beach access is only a short 4 minute walk. Maria also provided beach chairs which was great for our group!

Sista Docs Summer Fun!

This is a lovely top-floor property with great breezes and town views. There are enough bathrooms for a large group and all of the common areas are wide and open and invite conversation. Walk to the beach is about 5 minutes and restaurants, bars and clubs are all within walking distance too. We really enjoyed our stay and Maria's responsiveness to our questions.

Really clean house in a perfect location. The balcony is an amazing addition and the house couldn't be in a better location walking distance to all bars and restaurants. Maria was a very accommodating host and the house was very clean.

Everyone was thrilled with the property. It was clean and updated and spacious enough for 10. It had some extras that made it extra relaxing for us. Their were beach chairs and an umbrella set up everyday for us on beach and plenty more at the house if we needed them. The location was super great to walk to everything.

Absolutely Perfect!

This house was absolutely perfect for my best friend’s bachelorette part weekend in Dewey. It can be hard to please a large group of women but no one had a single complaint about this house! The huge kitchen and deck provided for ample space for our group to gather for cocktails, meals and chatting. The house was immaculately clean and well maintained. And the beds, oh the beds, they were the most comfortable beds everyone has ever slept in. This house is perfectly located in Dewey, a block and a half to the beach and half a block to the Starboard! The owner, Marie, communicated all information extremely well and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this house for your trip to Dewey!
