Its privileged location will allow you to easily discover the many nearby activities: fine sandy beaches, water sports (sailing, paddle), GR34 trails, cycle paths, tennis, as well as boat trips to the magnificent Glénan Islands.



Inside, discover a large living area of 65 m², beautifully decorated and providing access to the terrace. The kitchen, open and modern (refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), will allow you to prepare your meals as if at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. You can share your meals around the indoor dining table or enjoy the terrace on beautiful days. In the evening, make yourself comfortable in the lounge area for moments of relaxation.



The accommodation has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – on the ground floor: a trundle bed (80x190 cm).

Bedroom 2 – upstairs: a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe and a travel cot.

Bedroom 3 – upstairs: a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 4 – upstairs: two single beds (90x190 cm) and a storage shelf.



You will also find 2 bathrooms: one upstairs with a bath, shower and WC, and the other on the ground floor with a shower. A second independent WC completes the accommodation.



A washing machine, a barbecue, a baby bed and childcare equipment: booster seat, potty and toilet adapter are at your disposal.



You will benefit from 3 private parking spaces and will be able to store your bicycles safely in the garage.
