## Space

Modern two-story villa. On the ground floor, a large, bright living room with direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island, a toilet, and access to the basement for a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms with storage. One bedroom (queen-size bed) with an en-suite shower room, double vanity, dressing room, and access to the terrace. Another bedroom (queen-size bed) with a wardrobe and access to the terrace. A third bedroom with a double bed and partial sea view. A bathroom with double vanity and bathtub.

The entire villa features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a garden, a private swimming pool, and a parking space.

## Access

The host will do their best to welcome you directly upon your arrival between 4 pm and 6 pm. Check-out is between 8 am and 10 am.

For late arrivals or early departures, you will need to collect or return the keys to a secure key box located in the black cupboard to the left of the entrance door to the LOGEAZUR IMMOBILIER agency office - 32, Boulevard Albert 1er "Le Splendid" - 06600 ANTIBES.

The key box access code will be provided to you before your arrival.

The LOGEAZUR agency will be available to assist you throughout your stay.
