Clean Private Condo w/ yard!
This townhome/condo is super private, and fully fenced with a small yard and patio for enjoying the nice weather! It is walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars in Austin, and less than a 5 minute drive downtown.
The perfect home base for visiting Austin - there is abundant free street parking if you do have a car (parking is not tight, there are always plenty of spaces right in front of the building), but this is really the perfect place if you DONT have a car!
