Large home with 5 private bedrooms all with full private baths. Clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. Complimentary highspeed internet, coffee, tea, and a fruit bowl are provided. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and dinning table for 10. You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. Front yard and back yard grassy area. Walking distance to Mamas Pizza and The Ridge Cafe. Only 10 minutes drive to Yuba River and 20 to downtown Nevada City.
Only registered guests permitted on the property at anytime. Guests must show identification matching registered person. No illegal drugs or alcohol on the property. Please refrain from returning intoxicated. Smoking in designated areas outside only. No fires. Children must be supervised at all times. No pets sorry please do not leave them in your car. Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am. All rooms are double occupancy to add an additional person to the room is 25.00 per night. Check in is after 3pm check out is 12pm.

Nevada city victorian Christmas

We stayed here with family and friends for a night, with the plan to see the Victorian Christmas market in nevada city the next day. The home is about 20 minutes away from nevada city. We were very comfortable. We were 9 adults and 4 kids. Some of the kids slept on the floor with sleeping bags that we brought. The owner was very easy to contact. A couple of things of note: We were unable to get the oven to work for breakfast. The living area has no couches, only tables and chairs.

Needed living room furniture

Love the stay just wished we had some furniture to set on in the living room to make it feel learn and homey. We didn’t have anything like that only pillows for the floor and dining tabling with chairs. Bedrooms were comfy.
