Charming 1 Bedroom Haven in the Trees
The 570 sq ft apartment is located in a quiet forested neighborhood with views overlooking the Sierra Foothills. There are many walks and trails just outside the door which is especially nice for dog lovers. The apartment has been completely remodeled and should have everything a single or couple need. There are many steps to negotiate.
We are an 8 minute drive from Nevada City and Grass Valley.

I’ve been hosting for close to 30 years, 23 years at my old property in Grass Valley, which was located in the 2017 wildfires. Once I found my current property I immediately started lhosting in 2018. I love meeting new people from all over the world and providing beautiful locations with comfortable, clean, nicely decorated accommodations.

The neighborhood is a forested gem, with a beautiful view overlooking the Sierra Mountains. I love the peace and quiet of the neighborhood along with supportive friendly neighbors. I feel very safe.
